Duct, Furnace and A/C Cleaning
I had ordered a GroupOn to have my ducts cleaned by 360 ducts. My call was returned within 1 day and an appointment was set up for 1 month later. I was given a window of 3pm-6pm on a Tuesday evening. 360 arrived at 4pm and promptly greeted me with their business card. Kishok and Sajith were the 2 technicians and spent the next 1.5 hrs cleaning my ducts, furnace and A/C units (the last 2 services I purchased on the spot). Both gentleman also helped explain my heating and cooling system to me while providing valuable tips and advice on regular maintenance. Their time and expertise were valuable to me as I am a first time home owner and I appreciated their patience and the simplicity in how they conveyed information. Both gentleman were polite, pleasant and professional and went about their work efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending them for their services and will surely contact them again in a couple of years to have my ducts cleaned. Thank you for your honest and effective work.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- The only thing I would suggest would be that when bringing in the big vacuum hoses into a residence, perhaps a little more care could be taken in ensure the hoses don't scrape walls and corners. Some of my walls were scrapped and corners were chipped due to the heavy hardware.
