My wife bought a deal online for duct cleaning with this company. I had some questions in regards of the process so I called and spoke to a rep named crystal, she explained the process throughly and we arranged an appointment. On the day of the appointment, it took the guys no time to set up and get to work, the aftermath was spotless, very clean! I am very satisfied with the service, beyond expectations.

Very satisfied. Very polite technicians, amazing work. I purchased a groupon for duct cleaning from 360 duct back in October. When i called to book an appointment i was told the next available appointment was in mid January, i was somewhat upset when i heard that; but dispite that i understood that a lot of people purchased the groupon so i took the first available appointment. I was scheduled for January 25 between 10-12 am, the technicians were on time. Upon arrival i asked some questions about the process just to make sure if they knew what they were doing and my questions were answered politely and in a very professional manner and so they began the job and also i purchased a few additional services from them. I am very satisfied with the job. The technicians were Prem and Derrick. Thanks a lot guys. Dispite the really late appointment date I am very happy with the job will definitely hire them again to get my ducts cleaned two years from now.
