360 Duct

Complete fail. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for, I don't know, getting what they paid for?!

We purchased a Groupon for this company and it was an mistake of epic proportions. We booked our appointment with them back in early September and they scheduled to come out to our house at the end of December. Not great, at all, but we were still willing to wait. What a mistake! They cancelled our appointment the day of, 4 hours AFTER they were supposed to be here, because they were de-icing the truck after the Toronto ice storm. Fine, BUT, you'd think they could have started contacting their customers a little earlier KNOWING they weren't going to be able to make it!!! Such disrespect for another person's time!

They somehow pride themselves on their "friendly" customer service; blasphemy. When you FINALLY manage to get a hold of them (since they never, ever answer the phone or bother to return your calls), you get a young lady who does not seem to have a single shred of concern for the company's customers. She said they would be rescheduling all the cancelled appointments and that she would call me back with our new time slot, that was 11 days ago. Yes, I have called them since. Have a heard back from anyone, NO!!! Yes, I have requested a refund from Groupon.

In a nutshell, this is a VERY VERY poorly run company that got in over its head when it planned to release a Groupon deal. No, I cannot comment on the actual service BECAUSE I NEVER GOT IT!!!!!!!

To the owner (because we know you read these, we've caught you defending yourself on some of these posts): CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PART OF THE OVERALL SERVICE! So don't tell me I can't comment since I did not actually get the service, because that's all on you.

Great technicians. Courteous and helpful. Explained everything as it was done. Took a video to show me the issues. I knew I was going to have to probably service other things so I was not surprised by the upsell. They do have to make money somehow. I would hire these guys again, anytime. Maybe I'll book my appointment for 2 years from now, now. That way I don't have to worry about a wait.

I purchased the deal on Groupon because I thought I would save some money. The 2 workers that came were really friendly. They also came on time and were quick (hoping that is a good thing)

However in the end I paid the average price as they told me I needed my A/C cleaned and Furnace cleaned. Should have shopped around cause I could have got those 2 services done cheaper. Guess that is how they make their money back.

I got a coupon from Groupon for duct cleaning. They come when I was expecting them and were quite fast in doing the job. Quality of the work seems good.

360 Duct Cleaning is great! Good service. One feature that I was impressed with was how they take a video of the inside of the furnace/a/c and were able to show us the before and after of what they did! They threw in a free filter since we had some additional work done that we hadn't intended on. All in all we were very happy with the job they did. Kishok and his partner are great! They were honest with us and we appreciated that! We will use them again!

Not happy with their customer service. I had bought a Groupon and tried calling them but it was near impossible to reach the company. I called both numbers and left messages to book an appointment as well as send e-mail. It was only after I threatened to escalate - that I got a call back, and yes, my appointment too is end of January. Would not recommend or use them again. I use Groupon to test a service (not so much save money). In this case its money wasted before I even get the service.

Technicians at 360 Duct Cleaning were very polite & helpful. They've pointed out some problems they've discovered during the inspection and had given us the options on how to fix it.Technicians were professional and helpful.

DO NOT USE 360 DUCT. I bought a groupon for 360 Duct to clean my ducts and dryer vent. I learned after the service call that they sent a technician who was in training, who then up sold me on furnace maintenance and proceeded to do the work although he was not familiar with my furnace. He left without ensuring it was on, and 6 days later, it continues to leak water on the floor. Their team make false commitments about when they will be here to fix it - and still have yet to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. Company supervisor is David, secretary is Rachel.

i booked with them because a friend had group coupon and liked the service. i paid full price as i didnt have a coupon. they did a good job and i will call back and recommend. they gave me estimate on price and time and came back to do the job.
