Hello Tod,
We understand your concerns with being given a fairly late appointment time, however you were not purposely given a time in December as that was the only available time due to our busy schedule. The weather conditions on the day of your appointment was regrettably unfavorable, and unexpected as a whole particularly since the weather conditions prior to that day were good. We did not want to cancel your appointment for that day considering our friendly customer service and the amount of time you were waiting, however do not forget it was holidays (we were still accommodating customers), severely bad weather; ice storm, black out, freezing rain, dangerous road conditions. However, we are sorry you feel this way, but it was the holidays, and we were also working on getting back to all the other patient customers placing time based priority. More importantly, your unfortunately cancelled appointment was not in our control as it was entirely due to the weather, and clearly the weather is not controlled by the company. Lastly, writing a review without trying our service is not entirely acceptable as it cannot be accepted as a review for the company.
