Windows By Installer

We needed our basement windows replaced. We called around and were given various quotes from other companies. The quotes were outlandish because this was considered a "small job". Windows by Installer were very reasonable and courteous. We will be calling on them when we need additional windows replaced. Thank you!!

Performed a complete tear out of existing wood windows and installed 17 DH, triple pane Sunrise Restorations windows. Removed and installed new interior casing. Removed and installed new brickmold, caulked and wrapped exterior. This was a delightful experience from beginning to end. Michael (our salesman and the one who did our estimate) is very knowledgeable and professional. He is thorough and and even followed up with us during the installation itself. We were also able to see samples of the windows at the showroom which was very helpful. Great company to deal with.

From the sales rep, to the installers, I couldn't have had a better experience. My house is 21 years old and still had the original aluminum windows that were put on during construction. I've lived in the house for 10 years and knew the windows were drafty and letting too much heat escape. I received 3 estimates and decided to go with Windows by installer because of their product and their price. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I was very impressed with the OKNA brand of windows that they suggested. The windows are manufactured on the East Coast and seemed to be a good buy for the price. Also, Windows by installer was the only company that said they would remove my blinds or window treatments and replace them once the windows were installed. (With the other companies I would have had to do that myself or hired another person to do it.) I ordered the windows in September and they were installed in October. The only glitch is that the manufacturer misread the order and failed to ship 3 windows. Those came in 2 weeks later and Pat and Scott came back on Thurs and finished the job. They also replaced a couple pieces of rotten wood on one of the windows at no extra cost. So far I have been very happy with the results.

We have used Windows by Installer before and hired him to finish a project we chose to do in segments over several years. We had had a DIFFERENT contractor install windows elsewhere in the house at the beginning of this project and were very frustrated with his service, but Windows by Installer is great and has done a great job each time we have used them. The salesman (Mike) and all the crew are courteous and on punctual.
The job was scheduled and done promptly and without a callback or a need to have anything corrected.
The crew was very neat and kept the mess out of the house and they cleaned up nicely after the job was complete. The finished job is very nice.

Window by installer was able to come out and give me an estimate within a few days of my initial phone call. The took preliminary measurements at the time of the estimate. After I made the decision to go with this company, they came back and measured again to be certain of the window opening requirements. They were able to install the finished product within a month of the initial phone call. The installers were company employees with 10 - 20 years of experience. They were most proficient in their work. Everything looks exactly as we had hoped. The quality of the windows has significantly enhanced the value of the room. We now have a room we can use up to 11 months a year. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end. I would have no problems referring this company to friends.

From window selection, measurement, and installation the whole experience could not have been better. From the moment we entered the showroom to the final window being installed ALL of the employees (including the owner) wanted nothing but the best for us - CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is paramount with this company.
