After I made the decision to go with this company, they came back and measured again to be certain of the window opening requirements. They were able to install the finished product within a month of the initial phone call. The installers were company employees with 10 - 20 years of experience. They were most proficient in their work. Everything looks exactly as we had hoped. The quality of the windows has significantly enhanced the value of the room. We now have a room we can use up to 11 months a year. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end. I would have no problems referring this company to friends.
