Demar built a two bedroom basement apartment for me around 4 years ago in 2020, work was finished in 5 weeks with all city approvals, new separate entrance and also windows enlarged. He had complete knowledge and control over his work and had answered all my questions.
With Demar onboard, project went very smoothly and was completed on time and within budget and with very good quality standards.

They did an amazing job throughout. There were multiple occasions where we thought Demar's team went beyond our expectations. The shower tiles and niche were just superb. The fireplace looks beautiful. Our kitchenette looks wonderful.
