Alex the sales person was very professional, not a hard sell, and had answers to all our questions. There was about a 1 month lead time to get windows ordered and schedule installation, they met all their promise dates. 2 guys installed all the windows in one day and cleaned up. We got all triple pane with most of the offered upgrades, and I'm glad we did. They weren't cheap but you get what you pay for, the install looks great, heating bills went down, and I didn't have to do anything which was the best part. I would definitely use Windows by Installer, and if you are looking to change your windows give them a call, you will be very happy with their service.

Mimmo's quote was very reasonable among the 5 or so other companies I had contacted. As he is the person who gave the quote and who actually worked alone by himself, he took great care about the quality of the work. The overall interlocking on our backyard is very well done. It looks great. I certainly would use him again and recommend him to any one else. Mimmo and Forever Stone is trustworthy, affordable and very professional.

At 1:30 am we heard a pop and most of the electric in the house went out. When we tried to slip the switch on the circuit breaker we were unable and heard a buzz. At 8:00am we called the electrician who had performed services for us before. Unfortunately, due to the holiday, they were very busy and were not sure if they would be able to take on another job, but we were informed to call back later just in case. I looked on Kijiji and found Community Electric. We called and left a message with the service. No more than five minutes later, we received a call back. The technician arrived at our home promptly and was very professional and considerate. He located the short, fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards. If we ever have an electrical issue again, we will definitely call Community and will certainly recommend them to our neighbors.
