Steven of Windows by Installer was very accommodating and efficient. He came out one day on my lunch hour and measured the windows. He gave me a recommendation on how to save on the wood trim (to match our gorgeous woodwork). He gave me a quote on the spot in less than 45 minutes. In contrast, one of their competitor's, took more than an hour, made me late getting back to work with a lengthy sales pitch, and never did get me a quote.
Since my windows are custom, the wait time was lengthy. However, I was also having tuck pointing with the window lintels replaced at the same time. So, the wait was no big deal since that work had to be completed first anyway. Steven kept me informed and gave me one week warning as to when they would be able to come install. This was perfect for me since the windows being replaced were all on the first floor. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up well. My wife and I are very happy.
