As this was a huge purchase for me I wanted to get the most value for my money. These guys nailed it. The installers were Respectful & efficient and the Salesman was very informed, honest and tremendously helpful. Thanks guys!

The time had come to upgrade our heating/cooling system. Having dealt with Service Experts for ages, I knew there was no better company to deal with for this job. Within 2 weeks, the contract was signed and the job was completed. The actual removal of the old system and installation of the new one took about 7 hours but the 2 workers who completed the task were very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough and when they were finished, they cleaned up everything. Great company to deal with!

After trying to find a satisfactory service company for our furnace and A/C we tried Service Experts. They have been unfailingly prompt, courteous and willing to explain and recommend suitable solutions. It has been a welcome change from some of the other companies we tried to use.

we had this company install a new furnace and heat pump in our home. Though there was no problem with the installation of those components no one seemed to know how to program the new thermostat that accompanied it. Perhaps they should send their techs for some training on new products. In spite of this I would recommend them for intalling new equipment, they were on time, professional and very persistent in trying to problem solve as far as the thermostat went.

I was having difficulty with my furnace in a rental home that I own. I called the Service Experts and they were at my home the next day, exactly when they said they would. The technician was very polite and knew his business very well. I was extremely impressed with this service and signed a contract for a semi annual furnace and air conditioning service.
