I purchased furnace and a/c many years ago from Service Experts. Have had the maintenance plan for over 10 years. Inexplicably, THEY cancelled me AND sent me a cancellation bill of 135.00. So I have called 4 times trying to get reinstated and find out what is happening. I drove over to their "office" to see a sign- no office here call a 1-800 number. So it appears the company might be in Kanata perhaps. I was told my issue was put on high alert however no one has called after a week. I no longer have any interest in service of any kind from them. Once it was sold to Enercare, no one carried filters or anything with them any more. They would tell you to buy your own- well something that basic can no longer be carried- seems like not much point in having this company any more. No service, no people to speak to, charging me for their cancellation? Well go ahead and cancel me- I was an excellent customer. However time to move on. Do not use them- they are not local. Find a local company to provide goods and services.

Matt and Mitch arrived at 9:00 am and were finished and out the door by 1:00 pm. Matt explained wifi setup for my new thermostat thoroughly. Cleanup of both inside and outside work was exemplary .

Mitch & Jim did an amazing job installing my furnace/AC. Both were happy, friendly fellows who completed their job quickly & it seemed effortlessly. They were knowledgeable and gave clear and easy instruction and answered all my questions. Also the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!! Well done Jim and Mike. Many thanks!

Dan and Matt showed up on time, were very courteous, clean and efficient. Before leaving they made sure any mess was cleaned up and explained everything including the new thermostat. I'm Happy and would recommend Service Experts to all my friends.

i recently had a thero coupling replaced on my hot water heater. great service courteous service man. BUT i asked how much the part was. he told ne 129/00 plus tax. i later checked and this part is approx 11.00.talk about inflated prices so i will not be a repeat customer/

From service to sales to installation; these guys were amazingly helpful. Hearing that we needed our boiler replaced less than a month after purchasing our home was quite a hit but Service Experts made the process seamless and put us at ease. Mitch, Josh and Jim were amazing throughout the installation process! Definitely recommend!

After our 21 year old furnace gave up on us last Friday we had to call upon Service Experts for assistance. We requested Mike who had been doing our maintenance for over 15 years. He arrived with his assistant Hailey within 30 minutes of our call. It was quickly determined that our furnace needed to be replaced, and arrangements were made for a new furnace for Monday Jan 18. Promptly arriving were technicians Chris and Hailey who did a fantastic job with the installation of our new furnace. They were efficient and totally professional while maintaining all Covid safety protocols.
