Brian and Shane arrived on Mon.Apr.4. Who knew that it would snow on that day and that if would be quite cold.. They came in; spread the "red carpet" over our rec room carpet ,and down the basement stairs so as not to bring the snow in. They worked diligently and efficiently so there was very little cool down in the house. They were most pleasant answering all our questions in regard to the thermostat and humidifier controls-even the "dumb"ones without so much as a snicker. A job well done.

We had a furnace & air conditioner installed this week and the technicians Brendan & Chris were first class. Both of these individuals truly understand the meaning of customer first. We had an issue with a humidifier not on the work order and rather than pass this on Brendan made a call and resolved this immediately. Of course he needed the support of the main office and Linda agreed to the fix.
The quality of the work preformed was above expectation.

I used Niagara Service Experts Heating & Air for my furnace maintenance and I couldn't be happier. I used another company, a well known Niagara company, that was always trying to sell me something. After using Service Experts, I loved it. Made recommendations for better maintenance, told me what was working well, and what to be on the watch for down the road. Very friendly, very professional. I would say to anyone tired of high pressure sales tactics of things you don't need, to try these guys.

Fireplace pilot kept going out, Service Experts diagnosed and replaced parts needed. Mike has been here on service calls many times, great guy! very informative on all issues related to gas, furnaces and air conditioning units. always takes time to explain what he is doing so we can understand.

Our furnace was not working over a weekend and we had no heat. Someone came out right away and fixed things until the part was ordered and they called and came first thing Monday morning. Was very impressed with the whole process. Maintenance person was very friendly and efficient. Whole family uses Service Experts...they are a great company and look after your every need.

Called in the morning had heat in the afternoon. John B service repair expert was amazing. Helped so much and gave us informative information about our furnace. Will be booking all my heating and cooling needs with them. Thanks so much

John was excellent He was pleasant and easy to talk to and explained the process to us. John was careful in the way he used our equipment. We were very pleased.
