A washing machine needed repair. They announced that the problem was not electronics but a pump. We responded that the pump had just been replaced. They claimed it was a different pump and charged $864.45 to replace it. They switched out the pumps, announced that the problem was solved and left. Immediately upon the person leaving, my wife tested the machine. There was no change. It still did not work and the same error message came up.
After multiple phone calls from my wife and one from me (I am a lawyer), their position was that the machine needs a new motherboard (contrary to what the repairman had said), that they cannot provide a new motherboard and that they would like to sell us a new hose at a 15% discount (having just told us that the machine needs a new motherboard). They are quite cheery throughout, as if thumbing their nose.
They do not even put up a pretence of legitimacy.
Based on the other reviews here, it seems that this is their business model. They do not repair and perhaps do not know how. They take your money and run.
