Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

This is the first review of any company I have ever done. I cant tell you how great my experience was with Reliance The Furnace Company. I had the most amazing, professional Tech's come out to the home. Justin/ Tyler D. were both imformative and knowledgeable and provided excellent workmanship when it came to installation of my AC. Mark the Electrician came to finish up after many appointments, was diligent and efficient in getting all work done in a timely manner. They told me of the time they would be at my house and didnt waste a minute of my time. In my books this Company is top notch! I would highly Recommend Reliance The Furnace Company.

Very impressed with all aspects of this service, including Jamie the salesman, and Ross and Matt the installers.
Jamie came to my home home and gave me a straightforward list of options for Lennox equipment at a good price. I picked an installation date within 1 week. Ross and Matt came on time, worked hard all day to remove the old and put in the new. I had my completely new and efficient system up and running by the end of the day even though the guys had to stay late to do it. 5 out of 5 on all counts. Thanks guys!

Dave Lambert called me back to book an appointment within hours of the request and he showed up the same day. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about our Lennox Furnace and advised us on which AC unit would work best in our home. My wife and I felt really comfortable dealing with Dave and opened up our eyes to the cost savings (maintenance) when renting vs. purchasing.

the installers were aaron h & matt and the were top notch.. they know there job hands down with no messing around. they have a very professional way of doing there job. i would highly recommend them to anyone that want a great job done right the first time

Nolan/Aaron - Great install,very professional/ looks great. Pride in doing the job well. They cleaned up, packed away the garbage. Spent time explaining the install and how the thermostat was to be programmed. Would recommend them to anyone.

Jamie came out to our home to quote us on an A/C unit, he thoroughly explained the size of the unit, seer, etc to myself. He was very honest and helpful. I received two other quotes from competing companies which Jamie was able to price match if we wanted. We ending up choosing not to take the price match and instead go through Costco to receive the $300.00 back! The only downside to that was 1) I had to drive to the office to pay with either Cheque or American Express and 2) we couldn't get airmiles. Which we could have received airmiles & paid differently if we did the price match so that was our choice so I really cant complain! I called to schedule an install and they were able to fit me in the next day! Ross & Matt came out to our home to install. They called a half hour before coming which was really nice! They showed up on time and completed the work quickly. They clearly showed myself the work they completed in our home and how to use it. They also cleaned after themselves. The electrician that came in (I didn't catch his name) was very helpful with answering some questions not related to the work he was completing. Everyone was very respectful and quiet, my baby slept through most of it. Thanks for the great work from everyone! We have already recommended them to our friends and neighbours. and will definitely be recommending them to others.

Seldom does the installation and follow up service phase of a home improvement project meet and exceed the promises and glamour of the front man who sells the product! For Jamie, Brent, Brendan & Tyler...you are all truthful, considerate, patient, competent, knowledgeable, fair, empathetic, friendly, punctual, efficient, did I say competent yet? flexible, neat (thank you for that!!). Before we met with our salesman, Dave, we were pretty sure we were going to get our furnace and A/C through a different company. But after we finished with Dave, we decided we really wanted to do business with Reliance. Dave was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He didn't try to upsell us on anything, just listened to our needs and what we wanted and showed us what was the best value for our money. What was also impressive was how proud is of the company he works for: he was genuinely 100% behind everything Reliance does and what the company stands for, which is great to see.

The morning of the install, Aaron and Nolan were at my home first thing. They showed up early and worked straight through until the job was done. They were very clean: at one point, Nolan even swept out my garage! The end result was a very nice-looking, well put-together furnace and A/C unit with which we are very happy. It is also important to note that the two men were very friendly to me and very kind to my four-year-old daughter, whom I'm sure was in their hair a little more than they would have liked!

I am very happy we chose to work with Reliance and I would definitely recommend them to family or friends in need of furnace and or A/C.

very prompt. Finished all work in less time than estimated. Left area very clean. Wiring and tubes/piping well laid out and supported. Installers were Nolan and Aaron and were very knowledgeable. Running our new units seams very simple. Many thanks..........
