Jamie came out to our home to quote us on an A/C unit, he thoroughly explained the size of the unit, seer, etc to myself. He was very honest and helpful. I received two other quotes from competing companies which Jamie was able to price match if we wanted. We ending up choosing not to take the price match and instead go through Costco to receive the $300.00 back! The only downside to that was 1) I had to drive to the office to pay with either Cheque or American Express and 2) we couldn't get airmiles. Which we could have received airmiles & paid differently if we did the price match so that was our choice so I really cant complain! I called to schedule an install and they were able to fit me in the next day! Ross & Matt came out to our home to install. They called a half hour before coming which was really nice! They showed up on time and completed the work quickly. They clearly showed myself the work they completed in our home and how to use it. They also cleaned after themselves. The electrician that came in (I didn't catch his name) was very helpful with answering some questions not related to the work he was completing. Everyone was very respectful and quiet, my baby slept through most of it. Thanks for the great work from everyone! We have already recommended them to our friends and neighbours. and will definitely be recommending them to others.
