I had heard the ads on the radio and knew I needed an upgrade so gave them a call for a quote.

Jaime came out for the quote. Was super friendly and professional. Explained all my options etc. When I was ready I called him and he quickly set up a time for the install.

On install day Aaron and Nolan arrived on time and set to work. These 2 young gentlemen were no less than exemplary in their work and demeanour. They are what customer service should look like everywhere. They went above and beyond for me. The install was professional. Super happy with that. They explained my system etc. My furnace area was left spotless. They even cleaned my washer and dryer. In addition to all that, they located my shut off valve for my outside tap for me and they even fixed part of my fence near the exterior portion of the install so my dog wouldn't escape! You really can't ask for or even expect this kind of service. I'm a single mom and new home owner and words can't even express what this meant to me!

They let me know the electrician would be along that day to run some new electrical work for the tankless heater. The electrician was the only less than 10 in the whole process. He did show up early which was great and he was fast and neat. Never did get his name. He seemed a bit stressed and I wasn't even aware he had finished until I noticed his vehicle had left.

My overall experience was great. Loving the new system and would definitely recommend this company.

I had The Furnace Company install a Furnace a few years ago and was very impressed with their work, so when my new home needed air conditioning, I knew exactly who to call. Brent & Brendan were punctual, and did exceptional work, cleaned up any mess they made, and gave me all the info I needed, and tips on using the unit. Again, VERY IMPRESSED!

Nolan and Aaron showed up on time and went to work right away. Both were professional and courteous. Very happy with the install. Cleaned up after work was done and remove all garbage.

The Reliance salesman, Dave, was helpful and honest in assessing our AC needs. He is a salesman with actual install experience! The day of installation, Kevin and Drew called to say they would be delayed. When they arrived, they were fast, efficient, and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the entire job in an hour. We LOVE our new AC and the GREAT treatment we received from start to finish with Reliance.

Chris came out to our acreage and went over our options and his suggestions for our older house. Brent & Brendan came on the scheduled date and were very clean and professional and they did a lot of work in a short amount of time which impressed us - replaced HWT, installed new humidifier, installed garage heater and new home AC. Was very impressed with the whole process and the work done on site! Would absolutely recommend!

In my dealings with Reliance The Furnace Company I found everyone to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Dave in sales took the time to explain all my options, thoroughly answer all my questions, and provide me with a competitive quote. On the installation date, Aaron and Nolan arrived early after first providing a courtesy call letting me know they were on the way. They introduced themselves, quickly explained the install process, gave me a rough timeline for completion, laid down "runners" so as to protect my flooring, and got to work! They were friendly and efficient, and my entire system was installed by 1:00 p.m.! Would highly recommend Reliance The Furnace Company!

Had Chris come out for an Air Conditioner install, experienced great service and communication from the entire team. Everyone was very professional and took their time to do a great job. Would highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with the consulting services provided. The installers Ross, Matt and Yan arrived on time, and did an exceptional install well under the time estimated. They were professional, courteous, really paid alot of attention to detail provided great advice and instruction on how to use the system. I would certainly recommend this team to perform an install for me or others again.

Chris came out to do our initial quote. He was very knowledgeable and recommended we replace our 2 furnaces with one high efficiency zoning system. Brent and Brendan did and excellent job on the install - completed on time in a friendly and efficient manner. We are very pleased with the new system and the excellent warranty. We have already recommended Reliance to a friend who is having his furnace and hot water tank replaced on Monday. Great job guys!!
