Chris came out Tuesday and went through our options in clear and easy to understand terms. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't want or need. Luckily, Brent and Tyler showed up the next day and we had A/C installed on both furnaces. They came on time, got right to work and answered all of my questions. Great service, from a very reliable company. Perfect experience from start to finish!

I recently purchased a new home and was contacting different companies to obtain quotes. Chris was more than willing to answer questions, and he provided different options that would best suit my home. On installation day Aaron and Nolan arrived on time, completed the install in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain what was done and what we would need to do to maintain the unit.

We beat the heat this summer with a Lennox air conditioner installed by Reliance Furnace Company. Chris the estimator and the two installers, Kevin and Drew were nothing short of professional. Chris managed to fit us in to his busy schedule, gave us a no B S estimate and a firm date time for the install. Kevin and Drew showed up on time and well prepared to complete the job. They explained what they were doing, how long it would take, cleaned up after themselves and even took the time to walk us through how to use the new thermostat they threw in. In short, we were very satisfied with the quality of product, the quality of the install and the stellar folks we dealt with. I'll be recommending Reliance to my friends who are still suffering through this sweltering heat!! Kudos to Reliance!

Air conditioner provided at best overall cost, installed on schedule, both installers, Greg and Yan, were very professional, friendly and accomodating to many questions. Site cleaned up as expected. Lennox unit is quiet and our house is now very comforable in the heat.

Chris came out to do an estimate and explained my options. I chose to rent which seems like a good deal. Brent and Brendan installed the equipment and everything has gone very smoothly. I also received a very cool thermostat which is easy to read and displays indoor temp, outdoor temp, humidity and forecast! So far everything is great and they are very helpful and easy to work with!

Aaron and Nolan went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. They fulfilled every request we had - even assisting us with changes that were not a direct part of the furnace replacement. I was initially told that this could be a 2 day job, however, Aaron and Nolan finished in 6.5 hours. The work was extremely well done and all piping and electrical was immaculate. We received at least 5 quotes for this service and no one provided better and more honest information than Reliance. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Aaron & Nolan arrived around 7:45 AM today. They were very courteous and friendly. They were very professional and got to work immediately. Could not believe that they had installed both the furnace and A/C by 1:40 PM. We expected that it would take a full day.
They were very careful removing the old furnace and bringing in the new. They had drop sheets to protect all the carpeting & stairs into the basement. They cleaned up immaculately after they were finished.
Wouldn't hesitate to refer them to friends, or have Reliance come and do any other upgrades that we need.

The technicians, Aaron and Nolan arrived at 7:30 am. They examined the work area and both indicated that they would be able to complete the job by 2:00 pm that day. Surprising as I was told 1.5 days by the office. They went to work right away after confirming the work to be completed. They were very clean and efficient. They used drop cloths and cleaned all the debris once the job was complete. They stopped only once around 12:30 to get a quick lunch. Nolan got lunch while Aaron continued with the job. When asked, they were very polite and professional in their responses. I was given a run through of the entire system once it was complete. Both Aaron and Nolan were non-smokers which was greatly appreciated. They tested everything before leaving and showed me the few maintenance items and the frequency. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to others...and they were done by 2:10 pm that day. Well done!
