Before we met with our salesman, Dave, we were pretty sure we were going to get our furnace and A/C through a different company. But after we finished with Dave, we decided we really wanted to do business with Reliance. Dave was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He didn't try to upsell us on anything, just listened to our needs and what we wanted and showed us what was the best value for our money. What was also impressive was how proud is of the company he works for: he was genuinely 100% behind everything Reliance does and what the company stands for, which is great to see. The morning of the install, Aaron and Nolan were at my home first thing. They showed up early and worked straight through until the job was done. They were very clean: at one point, Nolan even swept out my garage! The end result was a very nice-looking, well put-together furnace and A/C unit with which we are very happy. It is also important to note that the two men were very friendly to me and very kind to my four-year-old daughter, whom I'm sure was in their hair a little more than they would have liked! I am very happy we chose to work with Reliance and I would definitely recommend them to family or friends in need of furnace and or A/C.
