Our furnace bit the dust a few days ago and the search for a new one began. Not only was Reliance the lowest cost for the particular model I was looking at but Charlene ensured it was scheduled to be installed the next day due to our 3 month old being at home with no heat and letting us know of all our options in the process. Their Service technicians Paul and Jordan were second to none allowing me to voice any concerns I had and quiz them on the install process and the inner workings of my new furnace while they were putting it in. They also arrived promptly first thing in the morning for the install and their quality of work really showed through with all connections and pieces fabricated being very clean and well installed even when a piece came in the wrong size they were able to modify it nicely and minimize the install time it could have took waiting on a new piece to arrive instead. They definitely exceeded my expectations making what I though would be a difficult task look like a piece of cake. A job very well done!

Greg and Drew arrived on time. Worked thru lunch. Finished in timely manner. We are so happy we went with Reliance. Absolutely going to recommend them to our family/friends. Thanks for the great job.

Greg and Aaron(H) did a great job with the installation. Their attention to detail was appreciated. They also communicated with me at different points of the install to help with my understanding of what was going on. They cleaned the area to better than it was on their arrival. second time i have had this company install a furnace first in house and now in garage.I had some issus with the house furnace and and they were exerlant on back up. Greg and Aaron put the new in the garage one in they were quick, polite, and explained how it worked Five stars

I have never been more disappointed in the service I have received for a company that has helped us out in the past. Not only did my AC fail inspection twice after being installed, I was told that it was installed too close to the fresh air intake for the furnace when we had our annual service done. It has been 3 weeks since then and still nothing has been done to fix the problem. The service guy pulled off the fresh air intake so the furnace now sucks air from our basement instead of outside and I was told this is a temporary fix and he will have the office contact me in regard to fixing this issue. Then 2 guys come out a week later unannounced to survey the situation more closely. Nothing came of this. Now 2 weeks later afer no follow up calls, I call Reliance and am told that they will send someone out to fix the failed inspection issue... However this doesnt rectify the issue that my furnace is STILL sucking air from the basement. It has since started to cause some respiratory issues in my 3 year old and 1 year old as the basement isnt the cleanest place to be circulating air from. I was also told that the install manager would be contacting me to sort this all out... Not holding my breath as I was told the same thing 2 weeks ago.

I would like to thank Reliance for the great service I received last night Feb. 7.From my first call to the maintenance man Martin Fabian. They really understand the anxiety a home own goes through when your furnace breaks down on one of the coldest nights of the year. Martin was very informative and also stated the price right from the start. He w as very professional through the whole process...thanks again Matin and the staff from Reliance.

From start to finish, the purchase and installation of my air conditioner was exceptional. Gerry Stewart should be commended for his exceptional explanation of the furnace purchase. Mark Kabyn did an outstanding job of inspecting my house and confirming the installation requirements. Ross and Jon, who handled the installation were polite, courteous, efficient, and went far beyond the call of duty to ensure the air conditioner was properly installed. Afterwards, they cleaned up the basement and made sure everything was tidy and in place. I would highly recommend Reliance, the Furnace Company to anyone. Well done!!!

Prompt, professional and proficient! That describes the work of Kevin and Drew as they replaced our two old units with new furnaces. With a respect of the home's carpets, they used an entrance that was somewhat more difficult for them to access without any complaint. After the furnaces were installed, they cleaned the working area well, and clearly described aspects of the units that should be monitored and serviced . We would recommend them highly.
