Very good sales person and installers however here is why they don't get a perfect score from me. I had my work done in August when you'd think furnace business is slow. A month later they advertising deals on pricing and free air conditioning with furnace installation...so I'm not happy that there was not some price protection or something like that..and I paid cash...also, the city inspector said I had no carbon monoxide detectors and that most furnace companies provide those for customers. I had to promise him I would buy them myself to get inspection passed...also couple of hiccups with some some damage being done to my attic access and installers forgetting to turn on my hot water tank...these were rectified by good customer service response....overall happy with work but due to the above issues, not perfect..

We are so pleased with the install of our new furnace & air conditioning unit. Staff was very helpful from the first call into the office, to meeting with Charlene (Sales representative) who was very informative in choosing the right system for our home. And the install by Aaron & Tyler who were very professional and completed our install within the same day. Rick & I would highly recommend Reliance The Furnace Company! I was charged $200 just for someone just to come out. Then I was charged $385 for a part that I found out afterwards I could buy for $250. The good news is they fixed the furnace same day. The bad news is I think I was overcharged about $200.

Our old furnace was unreliable and after doing research we chose Reliance for installation of a new furnace. The sales rep Dave was very thorough in defining what we needed for a replacement furnace. The installers, Kevin and Drew, did a professional job installing the new furnace and provided us with a thorough hands on description on the use of the furnace. The furnace was installed on December 30, 2014
The SLP is an amazingly quiet furnace! Yes we would recommend this company to others.

My wife and I just bought our first home. It came with a 15 yr old Carrier 58PAC furnace as well as a 15 yr old HWT. We were having ignition lockout problems with the furnace, so we looked around for options.

Chris was easy to talk to and very informative, which is why we chose this company. After some discussion, Aaron and Tyler D came to our house 3 days later to install a Rheem HWT and Lennox EL296V furnace.

Aaron and Tyler were professional, clean, and quick. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

Though they just finished the install, I completely trust that I can call this company for help, should I need it down the road.

We purchased an older house that had an equally old furnace and hot water tank. We had Chris come in to give us a quote to replace both. He was great - easy to talk to and very straight forward with all of the options. Two days later, Nolan and Marty showed up to install both units and remove the old ones. These guys were really efficient, professional and made the whole process very painless.

Furnace died, called this group after reading reviews - cannot afford new furnace so went to rental - Chris was great to come out fast. Getting installed 2 days after quoted

We bought a house and had to replace the furnace as it was the same furnace since 1985. The ducting was also in need of replacing as the house was fairly old and the airflow was heating from the inside. I called Reliance and was setup for a consultation with Dave Lambert. Dave and his wife showed up and he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was wanting done. He gave me all the options right there during the consultation and price breakdown. I was very pleased with the price and overall professionalism of the consultation and after we had the asbestos removed from the house we got Brent and Nolan to come in and do all the measuring for the new ducting.

I had to cut 3 new heat runs before the work started which was no big deal.

The work took approximately 3 days. I was able to see the finished work and I have to say Brent and Nolan are AMAZING! Great work! Nice and clean install and they ran me through everything they did. If you go with Reliance for any work ask specifically for Brent and Nolan!

The crew of Aaron M. & Tyler D. arrived at 8:30 Am and worked tirelessly with the crew to take out our 40 year old units. Great job, cleared away all debris and by 4:30 we were up and running. Very pleased with the job.

Had Reliance The Furnace Company in to install a new hot water heater last week. Had to have them back this week to move it, because they installed it too close to the furnace, and we couldn't get at the furnace filter.

They also unplugged the fridge we have in the utility room, and didn't plug it back in again.

It had been arranged for the morning for the reinstall, and it was agreed that they would call ahead, as no one was able to wait around for them, and Blair would run home. This never happened. When we checked with the office later in the day, we were told it had been rescheduled for the following day. No call to let us know.

However, shortly thereafter, just as I was leaving the house again, they showed up at the door! And while they were here, another crew called to say they were on the way!

They did move the hot water heater, and all is fine there, but I was doing a load of laundry today, and went in to find the entire floor flooded! They had disconnected the washing machine drain hose to drain the hot water heater, and hadn't bothered to put it back in the drain.

They also, screwed up and didn't honour the rebate they promised.

I don't recommend using this company.
