I got Goodman AC unit installed by this company in June 2018, The installation work was not up to the standard and after calling Quality Breeze they sent another technician to remedy the situation.
The unit is not cooling the home!
I called Joe and am waiting for the technician to fix the problem.

I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my heat pump ever since BreezeCome installed it for me about a year ago. Despite reaching out multiple times to my sales representative and BreezeCome's administration, I haven't received any attention or assistance. The heat pump is running without producing heat, resulting in significant electricity wastage. In fact, I've had to turn it off altogether due to these issues. BreezeCome's after-sales support has been extremely disappointing; it seems they only prioritize customer care until they secure your business.

Just purchased this water purifier from breezecome and its amazing! Its very convenient cause this water purifier can produce both hot and cold water, and the water tastes good. The service from breezecome is also great, technicians are very friendly and professional. Will highly recommend to my family and friends~!
