Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

Today, Reliance The Furnace Co. installed our new furnace and we could not be more pleased with the service of the two technicians, Greg and Drew, who were extremely knowledgeable and informative during the installation. As well we were equally impressed with the sales rep, Charlene, who answered all of our questions. We will definitely recommend the company to any of our friends who are thinking about getting a new furnace.

Greg and Aaron were punctual, neat and thorough with the installation. They also provided clear instructions on operation and maintenance when the job was completed. Chris, our sales representative was very helpful in reviewing unit features in and scheduling the installation.

Like many people my furnace broke down on a very cold Edmonton winter night. Reliance came in the next morning and quickly assets the problem. I had a new furnace installed and it was great service.

People need to read the google reviews 2 stars not this pumped up site with 10stars everywhere. Anyway service sucked very rude and pushy trying to sell products .they fibbed to us about there billing rate told 149.00 for the first hour and 110.00 every hour after when we got the bill it was at 149.00 every hour we phoned and got several different story's that were made up as we talked first we were told the lady that quoted us that rate never should of told us that but how can they just change the rate at billing time? Then I was told its a install rate not a labour rate then I was told it was a flat rate for installing a heat exchanger I asked why am I being billed by the hour then she said she doesn't understand why I am upset with the bill because that's not the billing rate I was quoted also I was charged a total of 7 hours he was there for 4 including 2 smoke breaks and playing with his phone.It was a Lennox furnace covered under warrenty and I was charged 100.00 dollars for shipping so I asked to see the shipping bill they would not send it to me,tryed 3days to have there manager return my call to talk about the bill phoned every day leaving my name and number never returned call had to call head office still got no where because they fibbed to them saying it was a quoted job .......frustrated and hand are tied also put complaint in with BBB .Its a matter of principle not money if I was told flat rate 1200.00 would have paid with out a word but don't tell me your labour rate and charge me more and expect me to be happy. Still can't believe reviews on this site so phoney and staged compared to our expereance

Drew and Greg were my install guys. From the moment they walk through my front door and introduced themselves to when they were all finished with their work; they were extremely friendly and helpful in making me understand how everything is going to and should work. Even on a Friday afternoon they stayed the extra time to make sure the job was done right and i knew everything i needed to know in order for there to be no issues. Thanks alot guys for a job well done!!

We needed someone to fix our leaky hot water tank ASAP. Justin and Dustin from Reliance came same day and were excellent. They were personable and professional. Great service all around. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Charlene was an awesome salesperson, she came for the original visit, gave a quote, work with us and made a better deal, answered all our questions. when aaron and tyler D came to install 2 days later they were on time, quick at the installation, informative, polite. Absolutely awesome job, will recommend to family and friends for sure.

Excellent service all around. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Installers were very friendly and very knowledgeable (great attention to detail). A pleasure to deal with! :)

I booked to receive a quote on-line, and when Charlene came by at the agreed upon time she was great at answering questions in a friendly way. The Furnace Installers, Drew and Aaron, seemed knowledgeable and I was amazed by how quickly they worked and I am really happy with my new furnace!

Dave (Sales) was fantastic explaining the product line. Greg and Drew installed the furnace and A/C and were very professional. The quality of the work was excellent in every detail. We've also used them on a couple of emergency service calls for our old furnace and they provided fantastic service on each call.
