From start to finish, the purchase and installation of my air conditioner was exceptional. Gerry Stewart should be commended for his exceptional explanation of the furnace purchase. Mark Kabyn did an outstanding job of inspecting my house and confirming the installation requirements. Ross and Jon, who handled the installation were polite, courteous, efficient, and went far beyond the call of duty to ensure the air conditioner was properly installed.
