I have mixed feelings about this company. The Installers Glen and JS did a fantastic job with our installation. They were concientious and thorough and took their time to make sure the job was done 100% right. They really do make their company look great. On the other side was the sales department, who really need to learn how to under promise and over deliver as opposed to the opposite. We had many promises made and broken all because they (I am guessing) really didn't have a clue. I prefer to be told if you don't know the answer that you don't know the answer rather than having to put up time and again with failed promises. That just leaves a bad overall impression of your company and the services you provide. This review easily could have been a 10 out of 10 if I hadn't had that experience.

We've used The Furnace Company twice now, 6 years ago and today. Really good professional service both times. Diagnosed and fixed the problems (motor 6 years ago, belt this time) efficiently and effectively.

Appointment was originally booked for next day Sam kindly called and said that a tech was available. Tyler was polite, courteous and did not laugh when all that was wrong was the power to the furnace was turned off. Sigh... He did a quick test of everything and made sure that all was well. Thank you Tyler and Samantha.

Purchased a furnace and air conditioner from Reliance. Excellent sales from Charlene. She was very thorough sizing what was required. Speedy install after purchase. Very professional install by Kevin & Drew. They even fixed existing ducting issues. All three were very friendly and very helpful. I would strongly recommend Reliance and would not hesitate to engage their services again.

The service I received from Reliance was top notch. They were quick at booking me in, as well as installation. Their crew were knowledgeable and answered the questions that we had. The service representative identified a few options to make the unit run as efficiently as possible, including maintenance and upkeep. Overall satisfied customers here!!!

Have had one of the worst customer experiences in my life. Has been 3 months and my AC still cannot pass inspection and is a fire hazard I'm told. Today they no showed on the appointment to fix issue. No call, no show. The AC unit is fine, the company has terrible after sales service. Do Not Recommend!

Reliance Edmonton were very friendly and had people who were knowledgeable about the proper installation of a furnace.
After scoping out what had to be done they were in and out in one day - great job by Charlene, Ross, Yannick, Martin & Warren

The Furnace Company came and did a walk through and went over the different furnace options for my house and answered all of my questions. The technicians came a did a professional job and made everything look neat and tidy and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Since I had a dry walled ceiling they fished the vent pipes inside of it, rather than strapping them to the ceiling like some companies wanted to do.

The new two stage variable furnace is quiet and provides an even heat throughout the house and everything passed the inspection. Overall I am very satisfied with my new furnace and I will recommend this company to anyone looking to get a furnace installed.

Charlene, Bryce and JB provided excellent service through sales and installation. They were very knowledgeable, personable and punctual. We purchased our furnace and air conditioner on a Monday and installation was completed the next day, Tuesday.
