Wow - Gus at The Waste Company was extremely helpful and fair with his price. Not only was he accommodating on several time changes (not to mention my underestimate of how long it would take to toss everything) but I completely underestimated the amount of junk I needed to toss; what I thought a 15 or 20 yard bin would have covered actually ended up being nearly double that. He also lent a helping hand so I didn't have to load everything myself.

Was searching Kijiji for deals on tile and found this company advertising cheap tile on two kinds. I ended up going here and finding a MUCH larger and nicer selection of tile that was almost as cheap as the ones they advertised. Although we took an hour and a half trying to decide, we felt no pressure at all from the sales people to make a decision. Upon finally reaching our decision they became full service and loaded up our truck and ensured all of our questions were answered. Will be going back there this week to pick up more tile for another project!

Found this company twice, once through google search and once on kijiji, after seeing that they were offering a special on the latter, I rented a 15 yard bin. I had asked them if they could still do the special (discounted price and extra time with the bin - which I did not need) same day, in fact they were able to deliver within 2 hours of when I requested the bin which allowed me to get an extra day of yard cleanup in. Sadly I should have gotten their 20 yard bin as at the end I ended up with a few extra items to toss in that wouldn't fit. Definitely will get my next rental bin from them when I begin my renovations.

Hired this company in mid-April to paint the entire exterior of my house. Quote was the same as another student painting company and only went with this company because they accepted credit cards (yay for points). The agreement was to begin painting the first or second week of May, pending weather conditions, the first week goes by (beautiful warm weather) and I had still not received a call. After numerous calls and messages, I receive a phone call from another gentleman that told me the original person I had made the agreements with no longer worked with college pro. At this point they made an effort to accommodate a reasonable time frame to paint the whole house before my in-laws arrived the next month which was much appreciated. Two days before painting was to begin, they sent someone with a pressure washer to wash the house, however they did NOT properly wash the house, they stood there on the ground spraying towards the house instead of being within a foot to get the grit off (and standing on a ladder). They had done such a terrible job that the day after I went out with my own pressure washer and did the worst areas (areas where there was a lot of dirt that just got sprayed onto the house from the water...) - For whatever reason I did not complain (it usually takes quite a bit for me to complain/give a bad review). They were accommodating when we decided to change the colour of the house after seeing the test-patch (before they bought the large cans of paint) and even made recommendations themselves. However when they started painting, I had asked them to ensure that since they were painting siding, to get in between the gaps so when it gets cold out and the siding shifts, you don't see the old paint. Needless to say, the week after this occurred, they came out and fixed it - but after mentioning to them (again) that they still hadn't gone in between the gaps - they assured me that it will be fine. Fast forward to winter and my house now looks terrible. I should have just not cheaped out and gotten new siding like I originally intended. Stay away - their students need better training, and perhaps a lesson in the importance of keeping their word when others are depending on them.

I come here for pretty much any house hold electronic. Not only is the staff knowledgeable but also very friendly. These are people that use the same stuff that they will sell you. I was building a custom built computer myself and had several guys helping me to pick out parts when I wasn't sure which one I should go for; telling me from personal experience themselves which saved me money when I wanted a more expensive product than I actually needed. Not only that but when at the till they recognized certain items I forgot to purchase and went to get the items for me without having to leave the till myself. Important Tip: Shop around online at other stores to find the best price then go in and use their price match guarantee to save even more! Not only will they match other store deals but also deals from other online Canadian websites, even if it's a sale.

Hired The Furnace Company back in spring of 2015. The sales guy was very friendly and appeared to be quite knowledgeable and understood what was needed and why (move furnace from middle of basement to wall so the stack no longer goes through the kitchen, so we may knock this wall down later). We ended up also getting a tankless water heater. As I was quite busy with my schedule at work on the only available day they were able to install I had asked my sister to allow them in and out of the house and that they arrive on time, so that I may still get to work on time in order to make a meeting, so I may be able to explain the locations of where all the extra ducting was required and confirm where the location of the furnace and hot water tank was to be located. An hour and a half had gone by, with no answers from their office or from the cell phone of my sales rep. At that point I decided to drive to their office location myself and find out what was going on since even my calls had gone unanswered. The ladies in the office then informed me that they were all in some surprise meeting with "the boss" and they all failed to call me to inform me of this delay (even though I explicitly asked for this time to be kept). After they finally showed up 3 hours later my sales rep had called me and promised to make up for the issue, but never ended up hearing anything again. Due to the tankless hot water being added in, it needed an electrical outlet and that they were only temporarily going to run extension cords to the nearest line and that their electrician would come out and add it in. This never occurred, I informed my sales rep a month later that I still had not heard back. Still nothing. 6 months later I received an alert reminder for service, the service tech arrived and said that they set up the reminders incorrectly and that it should be every 12 months, not every 6 months. He still replaced my filter and was quite courteous (even calling in advance to let me know he was already on his way and asked if it was ok to be early), but I had asked about the electrician coming in... again still have not heard anything. Although they have been terrible with their follow up, I am quite happy with the new tankless water heater and furnace that I received through them. Comparing my heating bills from last year I've nearly cut the bills down to a quarter of what it was before. Their dealings after the initial installation and before have not been as turbulent and now consider this issue a potential "one of" due to their surprise meeting that caused them to be extremely delayed and should not be pinned on the guys who did the install, but on their manager for poor communication.

Dominik and his crew came by on time and worked around with other contractors I had on site (poor scheduling on my part) and was very accommodating in working with them so they did not get in each others way. Out of all the dozens of quotes I got he was the one who had the (pun intended) fairest price! It was also by coincidence that my neighbour also decided to use him AND my friend even said "wait don't go with anyone yet, hear my guy out first" and it turned out it was fair and square as well being recommended by my friend! His crew was also extremely courteous and friendly as well, my cat got outside and I was worried that she'd get hurt from all the work going on that they stopped and looked for her and brought her in the house for me. Clean up was top notch. PRICE was top notch. SERVICE was top notch. Everything about this company is top notch!! Almost wish i had another roof to do!
