Aaron and Tyler from Reliance were very informative and professional. The service was exceptional. Reliance's rental contract was something I never knew about. It's great and worry free. I highly recommend these guys when your looking for a new furnace, tankless hot water heater or air conditioner. Great job!

I had these items installed July 2014. In Sept it was red flagged as it was not high altitude rated, only took them until March 2015 to come out and rectify this. Inspector comes and now there is no manual so I have to wait for them to send me one for the inspector to come back, also there was another part they were waiting on. This only took about 6 months. Jan 2016 the inspector comes discovers there is no fresh air damper. I called the company they scheduled the wrong date, so had to reschedule. It is now March and still no call back after leaving about 10 messages for them, very unacceptable for a company. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Our large bungalow was experiencing heating problems [dirty igniter] and functioning sporadically at the end of February. Our 10 year old Furnace needed to be serviced and we decided to have all the duct work and vents cleaned as well [24]. This service was done on two days notice/wait and completed all in the same day. The Techs were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Thank You Landon, Joe and Phil for your fine work and Reliance for the fair pricing.

The wiring cage on our existing furnace burnt out yesterday morning. A service tech came out to inspect and advised that due to the 18 year age of the furnace it would probably be best to look at a new furnace. A salesman from Reliance came out within the hour and signed us up for a new furnace. He took required measurements and at 9:00 AM the next morning Brent and Jordan came and installed the new furnace. They were out of here my 1:00
I asked them and the prior salesman some questions about installing a small wall furnace at my cottage. Turned out that both Brent and Jordan have a lake lot at the same lake as me and are neighbours to good friends of us. They did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient in performing the work

December - installation
January 4 - flood because of faulty part & install. Flooded into kitty litter and filled area. Damages.
February 23 - still no resolution for damages AND just came home to a different tube that unplugged drained on the floor.

Very disappointed with this company. Unresponsive. Uncaring.

The representative Jamie Wall was very professional and took time to explain what was involved and options available on February 16, 2016. He made arrangement to have the units installed on February 17, 2016. @8:00 a.m. Workers Aron, Drew and Greg showed up at 8:00 am. Ready to work. They completed the installation at approximately 4:00 p.m. They were so knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Cleaned up and explained the mechanics and working of the units. What a wonderful experience for me. They are the best.
No stress on my path as the work done was performed by truly professionals.

Approx. three years ago my wife and I decided to put AC in our home. Install went well and product has been outstanding. When we needed a service call, they were amazing. The tech was knowledgeable and great to deal with. Since then we've had our furnace and hot water tank replaced by them. I cannot begin to express how impressed with them my wife and I are. The only concern ever was dealing with the head billing office, but that was rectified and we will not hesitate to recommend them to all our friends.

It was summer in 2015 and we needed relief from the weather hence we contacted a company to install one for us but they could not deliver within a month. Installation will be at summer's end so it defeats the urgency of the need. So we contacted Reliance and person named Michael Hys Moore helped us get the best offer available and the earliest installation upon signing the deal hence we had a pleasant summer 2015

We replace the furnace. over 11 years old. with a new heating system, rental unit and services. The Reliance team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris, the Home Comfort Adviser, explain to us all we need to know about choice of product. The installation team, Kevin and Drew, did a professional job from the beginning when they step in the house to the end. We are very pleased with quality of services. Highly recommended.
