We bought a new furnice in 2011 and we were very pleased with the company at that time. Unfortunately, over the past 4 years we had several problems with the furnace. Luckily, we have warrant. What really upsets me is dealing with the call center to get an appointment booked. When you get finally through to a call centre assistant, you talk for 10 min (!) about my address. They are never able to find it since my Street does not have a name, it has numbers. Then, they want to sell us a warranty, which we already have. Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes on the phone to get an appointment! The technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable but to deal with this company is very frustrating and I would not recommend it.
