The price I paid is tax in and includes a new filter. Cory Latino #248 arrived on time, having called first and completed the maintenance in a timely fashion. He explained all that he had done, showing me the areas that he had examined and cleaned. Corey asked about CO monitors, answered all of my questions and left the area clean.
He explained the great new check list/invoice form and charges. He was friendly and polite at all times.
I have learned to expect excellent service from Mersey staff and am happy to say that Cory meets my expectations. Thanks!

We called for the furnace and humidifier maintenance to be done before the winter. Cory Latino #248 did an amazing job. He was very prompt, called before arrival, helpful and cleaned up afterwards. Made suggestions without being aggressive and pushy. Glad we called.

I am a long term customer and have been using Mersey services for more than twenty years.
Generally, I am on a prepaid year contract for my pool heater, AC, fireplace and furnace that saves me a lot of funds.
So, today I had my regular check up and cleaning for my AC, fireplace and furnace with Cory (#248) who is Mersey' s technician.
Though I always expect a good service from Mersey based on my previous experience, today I was really impressed on how effective, productive and informative Cory Latino from Mersey is as a technician.
Not only he gave me a regular excellent service but he also provided me with so much useful and priceless informations about heating appliances.
I am about to install a new fireplace in my house and Cory's visit was really a blessing for me as he knows about this stuff so much and shared his knowledge with me.
Besides, when he was in the basement he noticed that I had a water leak that could cause a huge damage to my house and that I had no idea.
What I also like about Mersey, they always have available all the parts, filters and etc. right on the spot that I always forget to buy.
So, with Mersey I never need to rush to Home Depot at the last moment or to dig the papers and Internet to figure out what kind of supply my home appliances require.
I just wish that all the companies and services I use as a home owner would work so good as Mersey does.

This was our annual maintenance check for the furnace and central air . I got a confirmation call from Mersey the day before, then service tech Cory called about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know when he would be there. He was polite and efficient and answered all of my questions. Our AC unit works well but it's quite old, however he didn't try to sell me anything. I like to pay ahead for this annual check, then you save money in case you ever need to call them for emergencies. Earlier in the summer I had to call them because water was leaking all over the floor, it was just a clogged water drain tube for the AC and they fixed it quickly. A few years ago I had them install a humidifier on our furnace. Reliable and reasonable, highly recommended!

Cory from Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning came to do our annual furnace maintenance. He did call ahead and was also very punctual. While performing the service, he explained the whole process in great detail. He answered all of my questions and concerns with a high level of knowledge and professionalism. I received great customer service from Cory and that is usually hard to come by these days. My furnace was thoroughly inspected and this put me at great ease. Overall, I would recommend Mersey and Cory for his great service.

I have used Mersey for about 18 years and have found them to be very reliable. This time Cory did the seasonal tune-up. He was on time, did a fine job, answering any questions I had...always forget how to open the thermostat to change the batteries! He also advised to continue with filter change etc. and to call anytime if I had any further questions.

Corey came to service the furnace. His friendly manner makes you comfortable with him being in your home. Explains everything to you, answers questions with confidence and gives good advice about product care.

I had annual furnace maintenance on the weekend. The technician (Cory) called ahead and arrived on time. He did an excellent job. (10 out of 10) He explained the steps of the furnace tune-up and answered my questions fully. He was also very courteous.

Originally I was considering going with another company for next year's service due to past experience. However, the great service made me change my mind and I signed up with Mersey for next year's maintenance. Please send Cory again. :)
