I have used Mersey for about 18 years and have found them to be very reliable. This time Cory did the seasonal tune-up. He was on time, did a fine job, answering any questions I had...always forget how to open the thermostat to change the batteries! He also advised to continue with filter change etc. and to call anytime if I had any further questions. Highly recommend Cory and the company in general.
