The price I paid is tax in and includes a new filter. Cory Latino #248 arrived on time, having called first and completed the maintenance in a timely fashion. He explained all that he had done, showing me the areas that he had examined and cleaned. Corey asked about CO monitors, answered all of my questions and left the area clean. He explained the great new check list/invoice form and charges. He was friendly and polite at all times. I have learned to expect excellent service from Mersey staff and am happy to say that Cory meets my expectations. Thanks!
