Mersey Heating And Air Conditioning

We hired Mersey to service the AC and furnace in the home we moved into last year. The equipment needed servicing and they did a great job cleaning it up and bringing it up to spec. We are now on a service contract with them and quite satisfied. They came to perform the annual maintenance yesterday and Resat was as thorough as the technicians were last year. I highly recommend them.

Cory Latino, a service representative from Mersey visited our home recently and did our yearly care and review. This young man is quite an asset to your company. He was polite, knowledgable and eager to make sure that we understood what he would be doing and how our furnace and a/c was doing. My husband asked if he could accompany Cory while he did his work and he seemed quite pleased and took the opportunity to show my husband some hints to keep everything working at peak efficiency. He also discovered that an humidifier we had installed on the furnace this last winter was not working the way it should and told us it would be a good idea to notify the person who installed it to check it out.

The air conditioner stopped at the worst time, on a Friday night! I called Mersey Saturday morning thinking I would leave a message and instead they answered and sent a technician who arrived on Saturday by 8 pm. He was able to diagnose the problem which needed a part to be sent in. Early Monday morning Mersey called and the part was installed by 10 am,. The technicians, ( Zhao on Monday) were very helpful and the phone response to my call was also very helpful. My husband and I have been with Mersey for the past 18 years and it has been excellent service. I do indeed recommend this company.

Cory Latino did our A/C annual tune up 2 years ago. When he called to confirm he was on his way for today’s annual furnace and A/C tune up, I was very pleased. His work was as excellent as it was 2 years ago. Starting with calling ahead to say he was on his way, to explaining the process of his work to me, and also providing valuable advice about changing the furnace filter, rinsing the A/C unit (and showing me how to do it because I was nervous about it), and letting me know when we should clean our ducts – all of these show what a dedicated, professional, efficient and thorough representative of Mersey he is. His personable and courteous manner make him a true asset for the company. If I could give 15 stars to the company based on Cory’s visit, I would.

We have been with Mersey over 25 years. We always have an annual tuneup of our system. Cory Latino was professional, pleasant and thorough. He called ahead and came on time. He explained everything. For a young guy, he is very mature and has a strong customer service ethic.

Cory Latino did a great job cleaning my Furnace and AC. He provided a detailed explanation as to how it is performing showed me how my older system is beginning to wear and what i can do to keep it running efficiently. Great customer service.

I had an annual maintenance check done on my furnace and air conditioning unit. Cory Latino did a very complete check of the systems and he even washed the cooling fins on the exterior unit of my air conditioner. I had Mersey Heating and Air conditioning install a new furnace and air conditioner about 3 years ago and have been completely satisfied with the service I have been getting since then. I would highly recommend the company.
