Everything went well and the technician was very good, intelligent, and professional. He also gave us a tip about the dryer which is very much appreciated.

The technician was quick and efficient. Great job. He came to fix a "recall" for my Samsung washer. He arrived in the time committed to, and was professional, clean and quick.

My brand new GE dryer was leaking gas. Elite stated a part had to be ordered so I patiently waited even though I'm home with a baby and do 3-4 loads a week. After another week had passed I called and they stated the part was on backorder and couldn't give me an ETA. I followed up with GE for a whole week - they too couldn't give me a definite answer until today. Apparently the part was always available and they were expediting it over to Elite overnight. According to them, the technician probably made an error upon ordering. Upon hearing this, I notified Elite to which they stated that their system showed the part was outstanding and GE probably just got the part today. What a lovely experience this was. 4 weeks and I'm still out of luck. Please save yourselves and conduct business with another company. The lack of ownership, customer service and knowledge is appalling. I guess when you're covered under warranty and not a paying customer, the level or service goes down exponentially.

I had scheduled a service call with another company which they cancelled after a week (that's a week of washing dishes by hand). When I called Elite Appliance they were very nice on the phone, scheduled a service call within a few days, confirmed by text message within the promised time frame. When I called on the same day to confirm the exact time of the service call, again, they were very friendly and gave me a realistic time (which, I understand, is difficult given the variance of time needed for their service people to finish their respective jobs, and the traffic situation in Toronto). The service person was courteous and friendly, knowledgable, fixed the problem quickly, didn't overcharge, gave good advice ... I am very happy with Elite Appliance's performance and next time we have an appliance problem we'll definitely use their services again.

I highly recommend using Elite Appliance. The technicians that came to fix my washing machine were great. They diagnosed the problem quickly, clarified the issue with additional tech support by phone and had my machine fixed in no time.

Often when reading reviews people dismiss the extremely low marks as excessive complainers and I understand that. This is not the case with Elite appliance, I am compelled to write how terrible the service I received from them.
3 months since my the serviceman assessed my wall oven and gas cooker. A simple limit switch that I know is easily available and costs $15 and still no date set for a repair.
They were not clear in their quote and overcharged for appliances they could not even fix. I would strongly recommend anyone to find a more reputable company.

Note: Elite tried to dispute me being a client as for some reason my review shows up as Cambridge. This occurred in Toronto and I verified with Homestars my paid invoices.

My repair was on my duel gas range. I was very happy the service tech that came to my home was courteous and knowledgeable. As soon as the part came in i was given a call. The Elite service tech came over and my stove was fixed. Thanks Elite you provide a great service. work order # 246683
