Often when reading reviews people dismiss the extremely low marks as excessive complainers and I understand that. This is not the case with Elite appliance, I am compelled to write how terrible the service I received from them.
3 months since my the serviceman assessed my wall oven and gas cooker. A simple limit switch that I know is easily available and costs $15 and still no date set for a repair.
They were not clear in their quote and overcharged for appliances they could not even fix. I would strongly recommend anyone to find a more reputable company.
Note: Elite tried to dispute me being a client as for some reason my review shows up as Cambridge. This occurred in Toronto and I verified with Homestars my paid invoices.
