I called the company to address a small leaking in the laundry room from a faucet, and the plumber found some other leaky sectors and possible future problems in the house that I was not aware of and I saw clearly the problem. Very happy to have them inspecting my home yearly. They have never disappointed me.
The amount paid includes many items fixed.

Found the book rate very high probably $300 to $400 above market for a 40 gal tank. It is was a White and Bradford Canadian made tank. The cold water line is not plumb from ceiling to the tank top a bit off cantor. It was like that on the old tank and was not fixed. Probably twenty extra minute job to cut and re soder. A one year guarantee which is minimal. Hope I do not have to use it. Installer was friendly and experienced.

Our hot water tank failed this morning. We goggled and found 'The Gentlemen Plumbers on the Internet. We called them about 8:15 and the lady who answered told us that she could get a plumber to our home between 10 and 1 I had to go to work. The lady called my wife back at 9:00 and asked if it would be OK if someone came sooner [WOW!] of course my wife agreed. When I came home around 11:15 Wayne M. was waiting for me. He already had explained the alternatives for the heater to my wife. I learned he had arrived at 9:30. He was dressed very professionally in a shirt and tie. He went over the alternatives with me. Wayne had already replaced some of the parts of the old heater but it still didn't work Rather than throwing good money at the old heater my wife and I decided to buy a new heater rather than trying to fix the old one.

Wayne then worked continuously [no breaks] in removing the old heater and installing the new one. During this time we also decided to replace the toilet downstairs with a new one which Wayne also did.

Wayne was very pleasant , professional and hard working. When we need some other plumbing work to be done we will be calling The Gentlemen Plumbers for sure and we'll be asking for Wayne first.
We really like the idea that Wayne had all the parts needed to do the 2 jobs in his truck.

We also liked the lady we first talked to on the phone. She was also very pleasant, polite, professional and she explained the terms and conditions very well to us.

All in all it was a nice experience for us to deal with such a well-organized professional company as The Gentlemen Plumbers. We highly recommend them to others.

I am a busy realtor with limited windows for waiting. We booked a home inspection and last minute my clients wanted a sewer line inspection. They were the only company who could give me a short window to wait and a time on such short notice. Was I ever relieved to see them show up exactly when they said they would. They did the scope they were sent to do, and helpful in pointing out a few deficiencies in the plumbing system. Worth their weight in gold for this client. A big thumbs up!!!

Wayne Musgrave has helped us previously and it was a pleasure to have him work with us again, this time in a different house. We just moved into it on Nov 3.
Wayne provided quotes on a garburator install and a shower install. I have deferred the shower quote and had Wayne install the new garburator. He explained the options, pricing and warranties. He is fast, neat and thorough, and explained how it will work and how to maintain it.
Wayne did a great job for me in explaining the operation of the water heater, humidifier, water softener and was very detailed in the home inspection. All in all, Wayne did a great job and I look forward to working with him again.

Wayne came out on time in evening and from beginning was extremely courteous, and very thorough. Explained all options available then completed task promptly and fully. Very pleased certainly recommend company and will request Wayne by name for future service.

Excellent knowledge and workmanship, extremely professional. We had Dave here to unclog our kitchen drain, and as a second thought once he was here, check our bathtub tap. Spectacular work start to finish fixing both issues. Doing a free house inspection afterward, he found our furnace had wrong size filter, which was installed by a different company when our furnace was replaced this year. Thank you for correcting what other companies missed. Usually we are reserved with our reviews, but in this case we would recommend this company in an instant.

From the moment Dave arrived at our home, he was friendly, polite and courteous. In less than an hour, our bathroom sink that had stubbornly refused to drain was working properly and we'd completed a home inspection on all of our other drains/laundry machines/furnace.
