The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing, Heating & Electrical

Our hot water tank failed this morning. We goggled and found 'The Gentlemen Plumbers on the Internet. We called them about 8:15 and the lady who answered told us that she could get a plumber to our home between 10 and 1 I had to go to work. The lady called my wife back at 9:00 and asked if it would be OK if someone came sooner [WOW!] of course my wife agreed. When I came home around 11:15 Wayne M. was waiting for me. He already had explained the alternatives for the heater to my wife. I learned he had arrived at 9:30. He was dressed very professionally in a shirt and tie. He went over the alternatives with me. Wayne had already replaced some of the parts of the old heater but it still didn't work Rather than throwing good money at the old heater my wife and I decided to buy a new heater rather than trying to fix the old one.

Wayne then worked continuously [no breaks] in removing the old heater and installing the new one. During this time we also decided to replace the toilet downstairs with a new one which Wayne also did.

Wayne was very pleasant , professional and hard working. When we need some other plumbing work to be done we will be calling The Gentlemen Plumbers for sure and we'll be asking for Wayne first.
We really like the idea that Wayne had all the parts needed to do the 2 jobs in his truck.

We also liked the lady we first talked to on the phone. She was also very pleasant, polite, professional and she explained the terms and conditions very well to us.

All in all it was a nice experience for us to deal with such a well-organized professional company as The Gentlemen Plumbers. We highly recommend them to others.
