Dan helped my 86 yr old Mom out of a bind with plugged drains. He was punctual, very friendly, explained things clearly and concisely, and helped to fix errors made by previous plumbers.

A couple weeks ago I had the gentlemen plumbers come to my acreage to camera my septic system and the two guys that came out were great. So when my mom had a leaking valve on her hot water tank that I couldn't make it over to fix for her due to other commitments I felt comfortable referring the gentlemen plumbers. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! First off the guy shows up late. Then he hits her with a 640 dollar bill to replace less than $100 worth of parts and one hr labour. BUT WAIT THATS NOT ALL!!! After the guy left later on in the night mom went down to make sure her leak was all good and to her surprise there was still a leak. When she called the plumbers back they told her they were sorry and they could have a plumber there in a couple days and she should just turn her water off to prevent any damage. So not only are they over charging they didn't fix the problem she overpaid for. My mom is no plumber so she didn't know how much this kinda thing would cost, so she signed off. This company is a joke. ANYONE LOOKING TO HIRE THIS OUTFIT BETTER HAVE DEEP POCKETS AND ALOT OF TIME TO WAIT AROUND FOR THE PROBLEM TO GET FIXED MAYBE THE FIRST TIME IF YOU ARE LUCKY. Never will recommend these clowns again. The photo is what 640 gets you. FYI water tank is original just the copper was "fixed" note the water on top of the tank that was fixed.

If you like being given the most extreme options for the most amount of cost, please, choose this company. Being a single person, I have never felt so bullied and swindled in my life. I was made to sign an agreement to pay for a package before they even did any work and could give me a realistic expectation on what it was they would have to do. I was left with the feeling of utter doom and my sewer line would soon collapse (their words) and they needed to be ripped out immediately. Second and third opinions sang a completely different tune - one of much cheaper melodies. After sending a professional angry Email to the company, the owner calls me to finish off the bully tactics and question the other companies on their services and make me feel unwise to choose my other options.

GET A SECOND OPINION!!! Don't let them bully you just because we're not plumbing experts. Get a minimum of three opinions and use your better judgement. But be wary, to get an opinion from these guys will not be cheap.

On March 20, 2017, I had Kurt from Gentlemen Plumbers in my home to do a complete rebuild of Common Tap in Master Bedroom Shower. Kurt did not connect the water properly and we had water leak for four days into the lower level of house ceiling came done. Upon discovering the damage I contacted Gentlemen Plumbers two of their employees came to house both said water was not attached properly, they gave me owner Brahm cell no. when I contacted owner he denied responsibility. I thought I had made the right decision to go with this company as they are member's of the Better Business Bureau and the reviews were positive. If you decide to go with this company make sure you get all their insurance information before you let them go ahead with the work.
Rebuttal to Tim Brahm it didn't leak for five years both your technicians stated KURT DID NOT ATTACH THE WATER LINE PROPERLY. WHY ARE YOU MAKING YOUR EMPLOYEES CHANGE THE STORY. Do you not want to take responsibility for your employees. Just so you know original job was done by a journeyman plumber five years ago with no leaks.. Are your employees technicians or journeyman plumbers? Do your homework before you use this company.

Noticed water pooling around my water tank. Carpet nearby was also getting damp. A quick Google search hooked me up with The Gentlemen Plumbers. Wayne Musgrave arrived locked and loaded. He had everything necessary in his truck to perform a no fuss, no muss water tank replacement. I do find the price is very high on the tank itself, but I also know I'm buying a quality tank that will perform and last for years.
It was obvious that Wayne knew exactly what he was doing and once I gave him the go ahead, he was all business. He drained & removed the old tank and quickly had the new one in place, continuing with the piping and connections.
He also was able to auger my kitchen sink line, un-clogging a months-long clog that was so bad, I had stopped all use of that faucet.
Although I feel like I paid a lot of money today, I got a great return. I got a top-notch, high-end water tank and my kitchen sink is now useable! Add all that to the fact that Wayne is a very nice, funny, personable dude and I feel like today was a good day!

I called the company to address a small leaking in the laundry room from a faucet, and the plumber found some other leaky sectors and possible future problems in the house that I was not aware of and I saw clearly the problem. Very happy to have them inspecting my home yearly. They have never disappointed me.
The amount paid includes many items fixed.

Found the book rate very high probably $300 to $400 above market for a 40 gal tank. It is was a White and Bradford Canadian made tank. The cold water line is not plumb from ceiling to the tank top a bit off cantor. It was like that on the old tank and was not fixed. Probably twenty extra minute job to cut and re soder. A one year guarantee which is minimal. Hope I do not have to use it. Installer was friendly and experienced.

Our hot water tank failed this morning. We goggled and found 'The Gentlemen Plumbers on the Internet. We called them about 8:15 and the lady who answered told us that she could get a plumber to our home between 10 and 1 I had to go to work. The lady called my wife back at 9:00 and asked if it would be OK if someone came sooner [WOW!] of course my wife agreed. When I came home around 11:15 Wayne M. was waiting for me. He already had explained the alternatives for the heater to my wife. I learned he had arrived at 9:30. He was dressed very professionally in a shirt and tie. He went over the alternatives with me. Wayne had already replaced some of the parts of the old heater but it still didn't work Rather than throwing good money at the old heater my wife and I decided to buy a new heater rather than trying to fix the old one.

Wayne then worked continuously [no breaks] in removing the old heater and installing the new one. During this time we also decided to replace the toilet downstairs with a new one which Wayne also did.

Wayne was very pleasant , professional and hard working. When we need some other plumbing work to be done we will be calling The Gentlemen Plumbers for sure and we'll be asking for Wayne first.
We really like the idea that Wayne had all the parts needed to do the 2 jobs in his truck.

We also liked the lady we first talked to on the phone. She was also very pleasant, polite, professional and she explained the terms and conditions very well to us.

All in all it was a nice experience for us to deal with such a well-organized professional company as The Gentlemen Plumbers. We highly recommend them to others.

I am a busy realtor with limited windows for waiting. We booked a home inspection and last minute my clients wanted a sewer line inspection. They were the only company who could give me a short window to wait and a time on such short notice. Was I ever relieved to see them show up exactly when they said they would. They did the scope they were sent to do, and helpful in pointing out a few deficiencies in the plumbing system. Worth their weight in gold for this client. A big thumbs up!!!
