Comprehensive rebuild common tap on Master Bedroom Shower
On March 20, 2017, I had Kurt from Gentlemen Plumbers in my home to do a complete rebuild of Common Tap in Master Bedroom Shower. Kurt did not connect the water properly and we had water leak for four days into the lower level of house ceiling came done. Upon discovering the damage I contacted Gentlemen Plumbers two of their employees came to house both said water was not attached properly, they gave me owner Brahm cell no. when I contacted owner he denied responsibility. I thought I had made the right decision to go with this company as they are member's of the Better Business Bureau and the reviews were positive. If you decide to go with this company make sure you get all their insurance information before you let them go ahead with the work. Rebuttal to Tim Brahm it didn't leak for five years both your technicians stated KURT DID NOT ATTACH THE WATER LINE PROPERLY. WHY ARE YOU MAKING YOUR EMPLOYEES CHANGE THE STORY. Do you not want to take responsibility for your employees. Just so you know original job was done by a journeyman plumber five years ago with no leaks.. Are your employees technicians or journeyman plumbers? Do your homework before you use this company.

I feel for you as I know what it's like to have water damage and it's no fun. When our guys returned to your house to have a look at the issue, the source of the leak was determined to be a fitting we had not ever touched. You had mentioned that you had a general handyman in your home doing renovations and working on that exact piping. I would suggest contacting him.
I can assure you that when our company has made a mistake in the past, we've owned up to it and made sure our customer was completely taken care of. If this was something that we had caused, we would gladly have taken care of it immediately and without any hassle; However, we cant simply take the blame for something we did not cause.
