4::30 Sunday, Holiday weekend. Septic back-up caused dirty, messy basement flooding. Frantic calls to multiple companies found on internet. First (only) response from Caleb. Asked pertinent questions to identify the problem. He and Spencer arrived within the hour. They were courteous,, knowledgeable and efficient, unclogging pipes quickly, enabling soon-to-arrive group of teenage visitors full access to all cottage amenities and facilities. Spencer and Caleb our heroes!!! Thank you.

Our cottage ejector pump failed, with cottage tenants coming the next day! Wes and Mike arrived in hours, expertly replacing the pump. They are superbly professional, respectful, and trustworthy. It is amazing they can cover such a large area and deal with the enormous variety systems in cottage county. Like many in Muskoka for decades, we have done a range of roofing, plumbing, electrical, and dock construction and repairs. But a few years back we retained them for seasonal closing because they blow out the lines with a compressor, and we use them for their guaranteed leak-free opening . They use a flat rate for retains so I never have to worry about a surprise or improper incentives. We couldn't effective rent to tenants without them; we are comfortable literally turning over the keys to a million dollar property to them.

Very thorough and fast to fix the problem. Was able to fix it on the spot at time of inspection.

This is our third time calling on Harris Plumbing and have always had excellent service with scheduling an appointment. We had to have a new water softener installed and the plumbers Scott and John who did our new installation were great and did an excellent job and explained its use and pointing out to why we needed the new system. They were a pleasure to have in our home. Would not hesitate to call on Harris Plumbing again and do recommend them should anyone need their service.

Scott and John from Harris plumbing just left my home and I had to write this review right away. I can’t say enough good things about these two guys! I had drainage issues and a problem with my kitchen faucet. They quickly figured out the problem and provided me with a solution. It turns out the work I previously had done by a general contractor did not even meet code. Scott and John are professional, knowledgeable and both very kind and personable. I am very happy to have found a company that I know I can trust!

It’s so refreshing dealing with a company that has a such high degree of professionalism and strong customer service orientation. We hired Harris to troubleshoot and fix an issue with our water softener, replace connections on water pipes, replace pipes in problematic areas, and install a new high-quality efficiency toilet (purchased through Harris) in the basement bathroom. Appointments were always kept and the technicians and plumbers were always friendly and courteous (and thank you Brendan, for the excellent work on the pipes and toilet installation and for cleaning up so well afterwards). Such a pleasure to work with this company. We also appreciated the calls from Harris afterwards to see if we were satisfied with the service. They clearly stand behind their work, and that’s worth a lot these days. Highly recommended.

The Harris plumber arrived on time and after hearing our description of the shower problem he described what needed to be done to fix the leak. The work was completed in a short time and the area was left clean and ready for immediate use. Before leaving he asked if we had any other areas of concern? We described how occasionally the toilet would run for no apparent reason. He described a possible cause and did a quick inspection. Showing us the problem he was able do a quick fix. This prevented future more serious issues.
We were impressed that the plumber had a high school Co-op student with him and was sharing details of the work he was doing.
We would definitely call Harris Plumbing when experiencing plumbing issues.
