Had a leak in our hot water tank on a sunday morning. Called Harris. Nick called back within 20 min and arranged to come and look at it. overall outstanding service. He was polite, knowledgeable, courteous. He quickly repaired the tank and explained what he was doing. He provided an estimate before he started the work and stuck to that estimate. Best service call I've ever had for any issue.

This annual inspection is part of their maintenance plan. We pay an annual fee for the plan. The actual inspection is one of the benefits. The friendly office staff phoned us to set up a mutually agreeable time for it. The plumber arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was doing. After thoroughly checking all of the components, he gave us a checklist along with his recommendations. We were very pleased with the process. The office phoned us afterwards to ask how everything went and if we had any further questions.

The day before moving into a rental property we discovered the basement drain had backed up. We required emergency service to address so that we could prepare the property for moving the next day. I called Harris Plumbing and right from the start the customer service was outstanding. Cindy was very helpful and considerate of the situation and was able to secure a plumber in a timely manner. Scott, the plumber, showed up on time and patiently waited while we addressed the issue with the landlord, who lives out-of-country. Once ok'd he effectively and efficiently addressed the problem.

An extremely courteous plumber came on a late Sunday afternoon to quickly unclog my sewer drain. He then used a camera and sawed away remaing tree roots. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Brenden Lavery and Mike Parker repaired some faulty plumbing line in our basement. They were extremely competent and highly professional. They worked out a plan for us to address other lines in the basement when it makes more sense to do so. They did no unnecessary work and the repair cost was fair and reasonable. We have been using Harris Plumbing since we bought the house a year ago and faced some surprise emergency repairs and issues.
