Kitchen sink clog in a condo

My kitchen sink in the condo was backed up and had standing water, had to seek help from HomeStars. Abdul from Dr. Drains was the first to respond through text because it was around the night time, I find that very respectful. I called him the next morning and was able to schedule a time on the same day. He came well prepared for any sorts of problems and was able to clear out my kitchen pipe in a short time. Abdul is very organized and communicates very well with the steps and process. I will be needing him again for changing my bathroom faucets soon! Highly recommend!

Leaking kitchen faucet hose, drain and valve

I found a leaking hose for the kitchen faucet. Abdul came over quickly and we also discovered a leak in the drain pipe and the shut-off valve. Abdul was able to get the necessary parts and fix all the issues. Nice job!!

Pot filler Shut off valve installation

Abdul did the work on my shut off valve installation as my previous plumber did not install one for me when they did pot filler rough in.

Abdul is very respectful and responsive. He came in on time and did the job very quickly.

Responsive and Capable

Richmond Hill

Abdul is a hard worker, and his goal is always to do the job right. We had various things that needed fixing - a kitchen tap and drains, taps in a bathroom sink, and a leaking tub. He handled them all. There were some issues along the way, but Abdul returned promptly to fix them. He also kept us updated about his expected time of arrival, which lots of tradespeople aren't so good at. Two thumbs up from us!

Shower leak fixed

I had a shower leak of hot water from the diffuser, it turned out to be the cartridge in the handle, but upon removal it showed wear and tear after 14 years of use, and the whole unit needed replacing, it took over 4 hours and alot of work, but the job was completed. Abdul, was the first to respond and went the extra mile. Thanks for your help.
