The Harris plumber arrived on time and after hearing our description of the shower problem he described what needed to be done to fix the leak. The work was completed in a short time and the area was left clean and ready for immediate use. Before leaving he asked if we had any other areas of concern? We described how occasionally the toilet would run for no apparent reason. He described a possible cause and did a quick inspection. Showing us the problem he was able do a quick fix. This prevented future more serious issues. We were impressed that the plumber had a high school Co-op student with him and was sharing details of the work he was doing. We would definitely call Harris Plumbing when experiencing plumbing issues.

We had water come in through a basement window well due to eavestrough problems so we contacted Reynolds Bros Eaves requesting an estimate. Ryan returned our call in less that 24 hours, came by that evening & emailed a quote within 30 minutes. The information he provided was detailed, informative & the quote less than we expected. When we confirmed our desire to proceed with Reynolds Brothers, he explained jobs were being booked 3 - 4 weeks in the future but he would see what they could do because of our basement water issue. Three days later Ryan called to say the installation would be done the following day as another storm had been forecast. The installers arrived before 8 am, did an excellent job installing the new eavestrough & gutter guard and completed the work just as the rain began to fall at 2 pm. We are very pleased with the installation & cleanup of the old material and the look of our new eavestroughs. Based on our experience we recommend Reynolds Bros Eaves if you are looking for new eavestroughing.
