Ravi was super attentive and did a quick and great job replumbing my laundry sink. Highly recommend.

Ravi called me right away and took the time to understand the problem I was facing. I had undertaken a plumbing repair that still leaking. He explained how I could fix the problem myself. Although I said I would be happy to pay for his professional advice, he said it was not needed. I would not hesitate to phone Ravi again for any plumbing issues knowing he will give me an honest assessment and quickly respond to a plumbing emergency.

I called Drain Plan for a basement leak. The plumber was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived as scheduled, quickly identified the issue in my basement, and traced it to a toilet leak upstairs. He provided a detailed explanation and even offered a simple DIY fix for my bidet installation without charging for the inspection. His responsiveness, expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond make Drain Plan highly recommendable.

Ravie was amazing . Our old faucet was apparently very corroded inside and it took long time and lot of muscle and creativity to get it off . I dont believe everything would persevere as well as keep the agreed quote.

Ravie was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend. He also change our toilet and caulk our bathtub.
