We're very impressed with The Duct Cleaning Specialists. We're confident that Paul and Matt did an excellent job cleaning our ducts. It was especially good to see the before and after pictures of our ducts and to have an explanation of what we were seeing when we were watching the camera in action. We would certainly recommend them to our friends and neighbours. Furthermore, they arrived on time, they were extremely polite and considerate, and their price was quite reasonable.

What a fantastic experience! I was extremely refreshing to work with a professional and honest company. Paul was upfront and honest with me about the work that needed to be done and the cost involved. He took the time to show me what he was looking for explained all the equipment and procedures. He didn't try to up-sell me on a service I didn't require and I trusted his professional opinion. A great experience -I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone looking for this type of service.

Paul from the DuctCleaningSpecialist arrived on time and was very professional. He did a pre-inspection and advised me on what he felt was necessary. Although, he advised me that only a return duct cleaning was necessary I had him do the full service cleaning. Was very pleased with his service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

We called Paul to arrange for duct cleaning. Paul showed up on time and started with an inspection of the air ducts. Paul used a camera to check the condition of the main duct. To our surprise he advised my husband that a duct cleaning was not necessary. He gathered his equipment and loaded everything back into his truck and said no charge for the inspection! It's nice to meet an honest contractor! Big thank you to Paul.

This company is not like many other duct cleaning companies. Paul came with a high-tech camera to look 24 ft. down into a return duct to see if it was viable. He then vacuumed out an 8 ft. return vent that contained colouring books and dust from 30 yrs. ago - the other duct cleaning company just happened to miss this, twice. He also made an opening into my ductwork to check my evaporator on my air conditioner. I had been told previously by an HVAC company that there was rust and debris in there - Paul assured me there wasn't. It's so refreshing to find a company that is so trustworthy. With Paul's knowledge and honesty, I'd give him a rating of 11 if I could.

The Duct Cleaning Specialists are fantastic. They are polite, friendly, and efficient - both on the phone and in person. They kept me informed the whole time about what they were doing and the cost was what I had been quoted. I really appreciate what a great job they did!

I called a couple of companies and received quotes for $600+. That seemed outrageous so I decided to look around further. I found "The Duct Cleaning Specialists" and this site with all of the positive reviews about the company. They couldn't have been more correct! Paul is one of the most honest, hardest working and generous business men out there. He started by meticulously checking out what needed or didn't need to be done. He never once tried to "upsell" the job but doing just the opposite by reducing the jobs that I asked him to do because he found they weren't necessary at this time. I would without hesitation highly recommend Paul to my closest friends and family - he is that good!!

They visited my home two times. The first time, they did not have the machine tha would reach my furnace. The second time, they evaluated my ducts and dryer vent and showed me that they were very clean and did not need to be cleaned. They charged me nothing for either call. Amazing. Great service. Polite and very friendly.

I was very impressed with Paul from the The Duct cleaning specialists. He was on time (in fact early) and told us that our ducts were clean and did not need to be cleaned for a few years. He cleaned our dryer ducts and now the dryer is working better with no more lint stuck to the door. Will use him again in a few years when we really need the ducts to be clean.

Paul is so conscientoius and reliable and knows so much! I have had problems with my dryer and he figured out that the lint hadbeen accumulating in the heating element.(not in the duct) and he was able to remove the back of my dryer and get the lint out. and prevent a fire. He really goes that extra mile to help you and providesexcellent,service.
