I was very impressed with Paul from the The Duct cleaning specialists. He was on time (in fact early) and told us that our ducts were clean and did not need to be cleaned for a few years. He cleaned our dryer ducts and now the dryer is working better with no more lint stuck to the door. Will use him again in a few years when we really need the ducts to be clean.

Hey Sanjay, appreciate your kind words and glad you were happy with your decision in having us in your home. I must say I quite enjoyed cleaning out your dryer exhaust, as it was just packed with lint, which is why your wife was having problems with the clothes drying. As far as the ductwork goes, there was no reason to have the system cleaned at the present time as there was just nothing aside from a fine layer of dust scattered throughout the return, nothing that warranted a cleaning. Keep on top of filter maintenance, have the furnace itself cleaned, and you should be good for a few more years. It's funny that you have never read any reviews on other companies doing a pre system inspection only to determine cleaning isn't needed. I'm pretty sure that this will start happening just to further trick the customer into using their non-certified company.
