Paul and his company provide excellent service. Jonathan, who came to the house, was helpful, taking the time to answer our questions. Communication via text and email was professional, respectful and timely. Paul even took the time to let me know he had resent my bill as he'd added a discount!

Excellent service by Paul, as always. He took a look at my ducts and showed me most were spotless so only cleaned the ones that needed it. He also identified an incorrectly installed dryer vent cover that could have caused an issue down the line, which I really appreciated. Very honest and knowledgeable guy, would highly recommend.

I first reached out to Doug nearly a decade ago to assess my home for duct cleaning. He inspected my ducts and let me know that they look great and do not need to be cleaned.
I decided to use their services for dryer duct cleaning. Doug has been very professional, thorough, and detail oriented in his work. So much so that he even noticed that my AC unit was completely blocked which was to my surprise since I had it serviced and cleaned by another company. Clearly they did not do the job properly and Doug brought this to my attention and provided me with advice on how to approach the situation with the other company. I look forward to work with Doug and his team in the future.

I contacted this company after reading the positive reviews online and I am very glad I did. Paul reached out to me, explained the process and was very good with communication. The two most important factors for me when deciding to hire a company for this job was pricing and more obviously, the quality of work. They were impressive in both categories. Paul went above and beyond to accommodate and coordinate with the current tenant that was residing at the Wasaga Beach property and completed the job, provided me with pictures and an explanation of the work completed. More than that he identified some extremely important issues that needed immediate attention from the builder (this was a new build). I am extremely satisfied with Paul and his team and I am sure glad I selected them over the daily duct cleaning calls we receive from India lol
