Good thorough job was done. Clean and organized truck with new and clean equipment. The technician did a great job and took his time to do the job well. How did you hear about our company? I did a search online, visited your website and found pretty much all the information I was looking for.

How did you know this type of service was needed? It was actually recommended by our Heating & A/C contractor that we should consider having it done to help make the equipment work more efficiently and reduce the amount of dust in the home.

When was the last tim you had this type of service done? We last had our ducts cleaned in 1997.

How do you view the quality of our service? It met my expectations. You performed the service exactly as you have outlined on your website, so I am happy.

What condition was the work area left in compared to before we arrived? There was no noticeable difference. There was no mess left behind, and everything seems to be in the same place and condition. Thank you.

How does our service compare to the previous company you had hired? First and foremost, you arrived on time. You come across as a professional company that knows the business. All work was done to my complete satisfaction. There are many differences, such as the equipment you have seems more powerful than a small portable machine, all vents were sealed off, you used tarps to cover my floor and work area. It took you about 3 hours compared to the last guy I beleive was only there for an hour not even.

I found ‘The duct cleaning specialists on Home Stars’. Our home has been through major renovations and needed a thorough cleaning. I can't say enough about Paul's level of professionalism and desire to do the job right. Before starting, he explained the whole process in detail, showed us his truck and equipment and put drop sheets on my new floor. The job was completed in a highly professional and timely manner. The price was very competitive and there were no hidden costs. To top it off, Paul also gave us a $25.00 gift certificate for ‘Home Depot’ and an ‘Ipod Shuffle’ as part of his advertised promotion. We are very satisfied with his services and have already recommended his company to a number of our friends. I checked out The Duct Cleaning Specialists' website and liked how they are very upfront about costs, having the right equipment, and even taking off their shoes when working in the home.
Paul showed up on time today, showed me what he was going to do and then did it all in a very professional and friendly manner. He also gave me a discount on a sanitation because the job went quickly. Plus, he took off $50 with the October promotion, $10 off for booking online, and gave me a $50 Home Depot gift certificate. Giving the customer a reason to smile is definitely the key to his business. I might even win a PlayStation 3 in their regular draw... something I have been thinking about getting lately...

I was looking for a reputable company to do the duct cleaning in my house when I came across The Duct Cleaning Specialists. In addition to regular ducts and furnace work (with sanitization) I asked them to clean the dryer vent as well.
Paul arrived on time, was tidy and before starting went through the whole job in great details, explaining everything that will be done and why leaving no room for surprises. By the way, they have all that info available on their website which tells you about the company and very accurately reflects the procedure, pricing etc.
Job was completed on time and to my great satisfaction.

Their price was very competitive but what impressed me most was the awesome service and level of professionalism they provided. Paul explained in detail what they would do and how long it would take, with great accuracy. They were very professional in always taking their shoes off while walking through our house and spent the extra time to clean-up after they were finished. They actually left our home cleaner then it was before they arrived. Paul was also kind enough to show me his truck and the modern equipment necessary to clean our ducts. He also provided me some photos of how our ducts looked after being cleaned.
