Hi Richard, thank you for approving the review in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure to meet you and your family. I would like to emphasize to future potential customers that there are many "new" duct cleaning companies that are popping up in and around the GTA. It's unfortunate but there are only a handful of us that actually do the job properly, have the proper tools & equipment, and have received industry certification. Some of these other companies, like the one Richard had in previously, are in and out of the house in an hour, not even utilizing the proper tools, equipments or procedures. Your HVAC equipment is very expensive, at least $5,000 when you add everything together, so make sure you have someone certified doing the work, because that $99 duct cleaning job, could end up costing you thousands in repairs, and I highly doubt that these companies have the proper insurance, or would take blame for any damages. Be cautious when hiring a contractor. Do research on the company, ask for references, don't just book solely on a "low special price". Richard, thank you for your business, and I look forward to serving you again in a couple years. Good luck on our monthly grand prize draw :)
