The Duct Cleaning Specialists

I was in need of duct cleaning after some major renos and was contemplating which company to go with. I had many companies calling us at home with offers of duct cleaning for $149 with no charge for additional vents and free dryer vent cleaning but (not including the reconnecting) etc..But I ultimately decided to go with this company because they had such good reviews on Homestars and they guaranteed their work. A positive review and their customer's satisfaction is ultimately what they strive for. For myself all I want are cleaned ducts at a reasonable price and not get a headache having to deal with a company that is going to do a rushed or incomplete job.

Mark and Adrian came by today in a timely manner, were very respectful of my property, explained what they were going to do and at the end I was very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is going to get duct cleaning, but does not want to have to worry if the job was done properly. simple as that.

I have never written a review before but Paul and his crew are so stellar I had to recommend them. I first hired Paul based on his excellent Homestars review to clean my ducts post construction. He came on time, was exceptionally professional and respectful of my home, left the ducts in excellent shape and my home immaculate for the exact price he quoted me. He then offered his services to change my filters as needed which he did for a very low price, even leaving spare clean filters if I was inspired to change them myself at no cost. When I ran into issues with a poorly functioning air return, I called Paul for advice on who to call to camera the lines to see if they were blocked. Despite a very busy schedule, he offered to come the next night with his own HVAC duct camera to see if he could help. I didn't ask what it would cost because I was grateful he would come so quickly and I knew Paul would be fair. He and his team (Matt and Steve- both wonderful) showed up on time, with camera and vacuum in tow to clean up any mess, and they spent 45 minutes looking into all the return air ducts and discovering one main branch had become blocked with some stray builders insulation. Not only did they find the problem, they did it professionally, enthusiastically and then meticulously left every room as clean as they found it, vacuuming any dust as they went.
I was thrilled with the result and very happy to pay whatever they asked. Paul then - in true form- refused any fee, saying he was happy to provide an ongoing customer with good customer service. Just absolutely above and beyond.
There's a reason this company is the top rated company on this site. Paul and his crew have earned their rave reviews the hard, old fashioned way. Look no further.

I thought about getting the ducts leaned over the past several years. Our house is almost 100 years old. There have been pets and renovations over the years and I doubt the ducts have ever been cleaned. But I didn't even know if they were actually dirty or if it made any difference to clean them. I wasn't sure if duct cleaning was just an unnecessary service. My partner and I have developed year round allergies, with constant post nasal drip. At night I coughed and it interfered with my sleep. I decided to give duct cleaning a shot and did my research to find a reputable company. The two cleaners shiwed up right on the dot with the proper equipment and were polite. One of them tried to upsell me something for 50 bucks but did not press when I said no thanks. After they left I noticed they had overlooked a mess they had left under a duct. A lot of dirty dust. I sent an email to the company and received a prompt reply, apology, and tge owner of the company came over the very next day at my convenience and cleaned it up. They back up their service and take it very seriously. He is also making it right with a complementary gift. Awesome customer service. But the main thing I wanted to note is that our allergy symptoms improved tremendously within a day or two after the cleaning. I am amazed at the improvement in our air quality. I should have done it years ago. You can't go wrong with these guys.

We contacted the duct cleaning specialists to clean out our ducts after some major renovations. Mat and Nick were very polite, professional, and clean. I found them to be very thorough, they took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all my questions. the job went very smoothly, and I've noticed a big difference in the air quality in my home. I highly recommend them.

I found The Duct Cleaning Specialist through the NADAC website which is the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. I contact 3 companies via email and Paul from The Duct Cleaning Specialist was the first to contact me back. Paul asked the right questions, I could tell he was very honest, and forth coming with any information. I could also tell by speaking with Paul that he was a true professional and that he truly cared about his product / service. Only one other company got back to me but 2 days later and the third didn’t even bother getting back to me from the three companies I contact through the NADAC Website.
I made the appointment with Paul, he asked how old the house was which I told him it was about 3 years old, pretty new but I never had the ducts cleaned. Paul said maybe 7 – 10 years than another cleaning would be required depending on how often I cleaned my furnace filter system. Which I thought was great information up front.
Paul’s crew showed up on time, they took as long as Paul said they would which was about 2 ½ hours for a house my size. Adrian & Mark were the services guys, they were nice straight to work kind of guys which I liked.
Paul called me the day before the scheduled cleaning as a reminder which was nice, but what was nice is Paul also called me the evening after I had the cleaning to ask if I was happy with the services call. I said yes, however I did say if your guys showed the home owner a few of the Cold Air returns, and the furnace to show that they did a good job and it was done correctly. (Just as constructive criticism to help Paul). Paul than said your right I am going to come out and show you if you like. He asked me if I would like that I said yes. He had a crew in my area 3 days after I had my services call. They came over after my dinner and called before hand to see if it was a good time. They came by and showed me opened up the furnace and showed me the Cold Air return and the Furnace and AC Coil and how clean everything was.
Once again truly care about the customer, and the product and service they offer. I would recommend Paul and his team to my family, and all my friends in a heartbeat!

Paul and Steve wen't above and beyond: showing me my vents and recommending just a regular service call instead of a scheduled vent cleaning- as someone who would not know any different, the honesty made a real difference. They even helped me out with a few things around the house while they were here which really showed me they cared to help! I'd definitely recommend to family and friends.

Paul and Steve are excellent! They thoroughly cleaned our ducts after a whole house reno, provided help when the exterior dryer cap was clogged and provided sound advice (an inappropriate cap was installed and needed to be replaced). Thanks guys!

I was completely happy with The Duct Cleaning Specialists. A company representative arrived on time, explained the process and gave me excellent advice on replacing the basement dryer duct. Duct cleaning was thorough and tidy - it has made a big difference in cutting down dust in the air. Couldn't be more satisfied with this company. They even sent me a $25 gift card to use or pass on as I see fit.

I didn't bother getting quotes for any other duct cleaning company since the number of good reviews for this company was good enough for me. Too many crooks out there to take my money so I chose to trust these guys. First time dealing with a duct cleaning company. Paul was very responsive to emails and any questions. Matt and Nick showed up on time and got the job done quickly but took time to explain the process.

Great service and easy to make an appointment at a convenient time. Very happy with the company. We had a major renovation and getting the ducts cleaned really made a difference we also liked the fresh smell after the cleaning too!
