The Duct Cleaning Specialists

We chose The Duct Cleaning Specialist based on the great reviews on Homestars. Mark and Matt arrived on time and were courteous and friendly. We have two furnaces and extensive dust work. Mark and Matt got right to work and efficiently completed the cleaning in about 2 1/2 hours. The invoice was exactly what I expected. All in all a very good experience.

I am really satisfied with the service. I contacted them and booked an appointment by email. They arrived on time, they explained me everything they were doing specially the importance of using brushes and how they clean completely all the ducts (not just vacuum). They told which filters were good and how to replace them in the future. My house smell so good, you can clearly see that they know how to do a great job. A good experience right from the initial phone call. When I was getting quotes they explained the process in an easy to understand manner. When the guys showed up to do the work. they were very polite. They even went out of their way to make sure my cats stayed in the house. Overall a great experience. Would gladly deal with them again.

I was very impressed with these guys. Booking was super simple and painless, and they called the day before to re-confirm the appointment. They arrived 30 minutes late due to unexpected traffic, but phoned to let me know. As an apology for being late, without my prompting, they upgraded my service *and* offered me a discount. The whole time they were at my house, they were friendly and efficient. I was extremely pleased with the entire service from beginning to end.

I had them clean our ducts, furnace, A/C and dryer intake. They were professional and did a great job. They were early, friendly and very knowledgeable. Scheduling was also very easy. Would recommend and also use again.

I was a little hesitant when I contacted Duct Cleaning Specialists as it is hard to know which company is the best. After I set up the appointment their was a story in theToronto Star and they listed this company so I found out more about them and was very pleased that I went with them. Adrian and Mark came at the agreed upon time . They set up their equipment and were very professional, polite and courteous. They did all their work and left the house as clean as when they came. I have also noticed that I don't have as much dust on the furniture as I did before and the air quality is also better. I would highly recommend this company
