I found The Duct Cleaning Specialist through the NADAC website which is the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. I contact 3 companies via email and Paul from The Duct Cleaning Specialist was the first to contact me back. Paul asked the right questions, I could tell he was very honest, and forth coming with any information. I could also tell by speaking with Paul that he was a true professional and that he truly cared about his product / service. Only one other company got back to me but 2 days later and the third didn’t even bother getting back to me from the three companies I contact through the NADAC Website. I made the appointment with Paul, he asked how old the house was which I told him it was about 3 years old, pretty new but I never had the ducts cleaned. Paul said maybe 7 – 10 years than another cleaning would be required depending on how often I cleaned my furnace filter system. Which I thought was great information up front. Paul’s crew showed up on time, they took as long as Paul said they would which was about 2 ½ hours for a house my size. Adrian & Mark were the services guys, they were nice straight to work kind of guys which I liked. Paul called me the day before the scheduled cleaning as a reminder which was nice, but what was nice is Paul also called me the evening after I had the cleaning to ask if I was happy with the services call. I said yes, however I did say if your guys showed the home owner a few of the Cold Air returns, and the furnace to show that they did a good job and it was done correctly. (Just as constructive criticism to help Paul). Paul than said your right I am going to come out and show you if you like. He asked me if I would like that I said yes. He had a crew in my area 3 days after I had my services call. They came over after my dinner and called before hand to see if it was a good time. They came by and showed me opened up the furnace and showed me the Cold Air return and the Furnace and AC Coil and how clean everything was. Once again truly care about the customer, and the product and service they offer. I would recommend Paul and his team to my family, and all my friends in a heartbeat! Keep up the good work! It was great to having dealing with a truly professional company from the beginning to the end. This is a company that has the right formula to make a client happy! From Clemm telling me to come into the shop and surprise them with a visit, then when Charna came out to our house to measure all our windows. And lastly the installer Paul was very pleasant to talk with, clean, and quick. This is a company I would strongly recommend to my family & friends that’s for sure. I had a great job done by Arby Cartage on a long weekend. They said it would take 4 hours and that they would be at my house at 10am and they were. I can't tell you how stress free they made the move. I'll use their services again in about 5 - 6 months time without a dought. Great job guys keep up the good work!

I have to tell you after going to Appliance Canada then going into see Faris, he was great to talk to and the customer service and knowledge was perfect. I would recommend shopping here. Also he makes sure you understand why one appliance may cost more over the other, which gives me the purchaser peace of mind on my choice. The fact that he understands that is a welcoming compaired to the other places I have shopped for appliances. Keep up the great customer service.

We received a scratch fridge and dishwaher. We were giving a hard time replacing it. However the sales rep there was the only good thing and that's the reason we purchased them in the first place. Not knowing the after sale service would be as bad as it was.

We received horible customer service from one of the sales staff, he really didn't want to help us he made us wait really long for his help. Told us to go around a write the model numbers down then he would price the things out. When we went in his office with the paper he then picked up the phone and continued to talk to others while we were in his office. Pricing is okay, but the lack of effort and kindness from the one rep has put me off from spending my hard earned money with them.
