I thought about getting the ducts leaned over the past several years. Our house is almost 100 years old. There have been pets and renovations over the years and I doubt the ducts have ever been cleaned. But I didn't even know if they were actually dirty or if it made any difference to clean them. I wasn't sure if duct cleaning was just an unnecessary service. My partner and I have developed year round allergies, with constant post nasal drip. At night I coughed and it interfered with my sleep. I decided to give duct cleaning a shot and did my research to find a reputable company. The two cleaners shiwed up right on the dot with the proper equipment and were polite. One of them tried to upsell me something for 50 bucks but did not press when I said no thanks. After they left I noticed they had overlooked a mess they had left under a duct. A lot of dirty dust. I sent an email to the company and received a prompt reply, apology, and tge owner of the company came over the very next day at my convenience and cleaned it up. They back up their service and take it very seriously. He is also making it right with a complementary gift. Awesome customer service. But the main thing I wanted to note is that our allergy symptoms improved tremendously within a day or two after the cleaning. I am amazed at the improvement in our air quality. I should have done it years ago. You can't go wrong with these guys. Cheers! Colleen

Hi Colleen. Thanks for taking the time to write about your experience with us. I am glad you were happy with our work (for the most part) The small mess they left down in the furnace room area, although totally understandable because it was behind your husbands work bench, was totally unacceptable. Coming back out to have that cleaned up took only a few minutes and I was more than happy to do that. It is now a routine for us to do a complete and thorough walk through to make sure we leave the home cleaner than when we first arrive. Also, the spaceguard filter (which runs about $50) was in dire need of replacement, which is why the guys brought it to your attention. I'd like to point out that we do not "pressure upsells" for any other person reading this review. We make recommendations on filters, which you can usually get at Home Depot, but we do stock on the truck for your convenience. As you mentioned, we do take customer service very seriously. Not all jobs run 100% smooth, so when problems do exist, we make sure to rectify them to your complete satisfaction, and glad we did in this case. More importantly, I am glad to hear that your symptons reduced drastically. Sometimes duct cleaning may not need to be done, but when you decide to have it done, it should be done thoroughly and properly. so matters are not worsened in the home. Glad everything worked out from start to finish, with a little hiccup that was resolved, and look forward to having you as one of our long term customers.
