Recently, we hired Red Robin Masonry to perform some cement driveway repair, as well as minor flagstone repair. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner, and the level of workmanship, together with the team's commitment to excellence, exceeded our expectations.

The skilled workmen were on time, courteous throughout, friendly, and were good communicators. From the sales office, to the work team, to the general office, we couldn't have been more impressed by the level of service we experienced.

My husband and I highly recommend Red Robin Masonry to anyone needing any kind of masonry work. We live in an older brick bungalow and our front veranda was cracked, the steps were crumbling and other repairs were needed. Our house was looking pretty sad, but now it looks really lovely and we couldn't be happier.

Their workmen arrived promptly on the scheduled date and worked very hard for four days. Brandon, the stone mason, outlined for us what they planned to accomplish by the end of each day. We asked him to select the stone that would be most appropriate for our house, and the one he selected was perfect! The design he decided on looks amazing. He is a very skilled young man. Brandon and Andrew were very polite and courteous, worked hard and left our place cleaned up at the end of each day. Dave, the owner, communicated with us several times to keep us informed and ensure we were pleased.
Our veranda looks wonderful...even better than we ever expected.

Red Robin is very professional, courteous and clean. They completely removed and old broken window in th basement, without any mess on my white carpets! They workers were very friendly and professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was well done. I have purposefully waiting until after winter to make sure no leaks or cracking and everything is stellar. We had various areas of our old house tuck pointed also. The former owners had used caulking to fill som gaps and it was all removed and ground out properly and filled with matching colour mortar. Some brick were starting to fall down over a door entry way and it was all fixed up to perfection.

I had an enclosed porch built in Spring 2016 and the original general contractor did a terrible job of parging the bottom section. I contacted Red Robin and they quickly came out to give me a quote to clean it up.

The worker who did the parging was friendly and professional and the end result looked great. Due to a miscommunication one small area was missed and with no argument they returned to finish the area the following day. The end result looks great and I would recommend Red Robin to anyone looking for masonry work.

I performed a complete renovation of my home which included installing French doors, filling in the existing door, expanding bedroom window and shrinking former bedroom window for ensuite. They also filled in three windows with no light and created one expanded and one new window. Red Robin did an excellent job matching the brick and bringing sunshine into my home. Our chimney had a few crumbling bricks, no damage happened yet, but was imminent. Red Robin came by while we were at work and assessed the area, and emailed us a quote. We got quotes from a few different places. They were not the cheapest of the three, rather right in the middle! We went with them mostly because of attitude, they were friendly, helpful, and honest. They were quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had.
They came for the visit and Greg did a fantastic job! Very pleased with his work, his attitude, and attention to detail was perfect. He was very honest, when we had some concerns about some other bricks crumbling he assessed the area, there were only 3 bricks that were a problem and he fixed them...I can't even tell which bricks they were now! He totally could have told me that the whole wall needed to be done, but he was honest and just told us what actually was required. This is a company that is honest, hard working, with great customet service. Highly recommend!

We contacted Red Robin Masonry to fix a crumbling chimney. They provided us a quote, and we hired them. The work was finished on time, on budget, and the quality of the work was very good. The gentleman who did the work, Greg, was fantastic in everything he did. When we need future work done we will be using Red Robin and will ask them to use Greg for us.
